I think the cops may be partial to the defense because early in the case, the prosecution was critical of how the SPD handled the case. If I remember...didn't some of that lead to the resignation of the chief?

For me, the question with the Goode testimony is when has the color gray looked (dark) in poor lighting while red in black looks (white or light colored). Goode was direct but he also should have never been given the opportunity to testify his opinion.

As for Zimmerman, he is a complete liar that knows what to say to keep the shooting justified by use of words.

Not quite. Its just like the difference in watching a dimly lit (weak dark picture) TV, one as black and white, and then in color. You can still see color in dim light. While it is hard to determine just how dark a gray color is.

 

I get this same regurgitated talking point whenever I bring up the mistakes Zimmerman made that night...
Zimmerman knew the cops were on their way, and even if what Zimmerman said is true, Trayvon wouldn't have beaten him to death by the time the cops arrived.

The operator did not ask Zimmerman to leave his truck sitting on a well lit street. Nor did the operator ask Zimmerman to head off into a darkened walkway to look for an address.

 

Serino contradicts O'Mara says he doesn't think it was challenging. O'Mara's entire stance is now how dare you ask my client why he shot an unarmed teenager.

What is very telling in this case, is the fact that the cops are usually on the side of the prosecution.

What I keep seeing here, but not neccessarilly from you, is Zimmerman suppporters, and Martin supporters, all viewing each part of this trial as a victory for their side

Exactly.....he found no probable cause to accuse George of anything and in fact the only reason that Z was eventually arrested was because of the intervention of the Federal Government.

 

That color gray would look closer to white than Zimmerman's jacket.
