I still haven't heard or read to what is racist about that picture of a farmer displaying a Confederate flag, selling watermelons and honoring Independence day for all of the freedoms and liberties our ALL WHITE Founders gave us. Is it now a crime or racist to honor or celebrate WHITE men with a WHITE HISTORY month. Would any of you leftists think it to be racist for blacks to celebrate Black History month? :confusion:

It is amazing to see racists scramble for ANY justification imaginable, to support something that is clearly 'bigoted' and 'racist'.

(That would add to the entertainment value here, if it were not so sickening.)

I think White History Month is a delightful idea. Either that, or get rid of Black History Month.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the watermelon part was a little extreme, but the overall message is legitimate.

    - - - Updated - - -

Nope. The former is absolutely disgusting... The latter is merely uneducated.

That flag is about freedom, not race. The American flag, however - we ought to know by now what that has become.

As a Moderator here should you be posting messages from posters publically? Really.

You have to remember that many conservatives are all about irrational seething hatred. Many conservatives are insecure with their sexuality (or they are closet homosexuals) so they hate homosexuals out of frustration. It's the Larry Craig & Ted Haggard defense. Likewise many conservatives also have a -MASSIVE- victimization complex, so in an attempt to feel better they take our their frustration on minority groups.

Nothing says cowardly halfwit like a brain-dead conservative riding around a tractor with thinly-veiled racist imagery. The guy probably wallows in his trailer thinking about how "his marriage", "his guns", and "his freedom to discriminate against women and/or minorities" are under assault by 'activist judges', the 'liberal media', and 'liberal academia'. This is how he vents, haha

You don't even recognize that the media deliberately seeks out isolated incidents like this while ignoring countless incidents of anti-white racism against minorities happening literally every single day around this country. The goal is to manipulate the public into thinking white on black racism is still some kind of big, prevalent problem thus excusing the barrage of anti-white racism as "understandable" and "acceptable." Seduction complete. Now everyone feels guilty and angry, and everyone votes Democrat. Democrat Media Complex - 1. Rational thinking people - 0. Hooray for propaganda.

Since you've also made some baseless accusations about the Tea Party here, I'm curious what you think of black Tea Partiers like Herman Cain and Alfonzo Rachel. But I encourage you to think very carefully before answering this question lest you out yourself as a hypocrite and fall into that same trap of the unforgivable sin that you're accusing others of here; insulting black people.

Not the same, men who honored and carried that flag for racism solely, bombed a church killing four little girls. No comparison.

"Irrational seething hatred" is the best way to sum up the rest of your post. How ironic.

Progressives like to think there are more homosexuals out there than there really are. They like to accuse their opponents of being homosexuals, and treat it almost like an insult. Sorry, about 2% of the US population. That's it. It may seem like more in certain progressive bubble areas like San Francisco, but they really are in the very slim minority.

It's ironic to watch progressive Democrats complain about victimhood complexes, when their entire ideology is based upon and centered around victimhood status.

And you have to remember that most liberals are pathological projectionists. Which means the things they accuse others of are more often than not things which they, themselves, are most guilty of. It's a way for them to feel morally superior by punishing others for their own misdeeds.

The man who is out of touch with his own conscience will inevitably render himself a basket case. This is the typical liberal in a nutshell. Hostile toward his fellow man who does the right things. Because as long as everyone is doing what's wrong, then it's a party. Anything goes. But then minute he sees someone doing what is right, their actions hold a mirror up to the liberal and he is suddenly forced to face the fact that he is not as good and moral and correct as he wants to believe himself to be. And this makes him extremely angry. And thus he lashes out at the good person for shattering his illusions about himself and daring to make him feel the truth, even if only indirectly.

I love this. Because things like this really show their true colors. And if you'll notice, they do it on virtually every social issue they claim to be so sensitive about. This is how they operate:

You're either a racist or an Uncle Tom.

    You're either a sexist or a "dumb (*)(*)(*)(*)."

You're either homophobic or you're gay.

It's hilarious. These people are so absurdly inconsistent. When you don't agree with them on an issue, they turn right back around and lob slurs at you. So who's the real racist, sexist, and homobphobe here? I remember Andrew Breitbart called out a bunch of protesters to their faces on that once. One of them accused him of being gay, and he said, "What's wrong with being gay? Do you have a problem with gay people? Are you homophobic? Why would you say that like an insult?" And in predictable fashion, they just sheepishly slinked away back into the crowd with their tails between their legs. Because they knew he was right and they had no comeback.

Liberals. The only thing they are consistent about is being more emotional than rational.

So you out right put up a picture of some of the Greatest men in the Black race with some of the most contreversearl and insult Blacks and use this as a way to justify the farmer with his obvious racist message? The farmer is racist, do you say MLK is on his same level?

I'd say they're both about freedom, but marred in the past - as everything would be if we judged everything by the same standard.

really? You see these two pictures, and what stands out to you is a white guy and black men (not so mention the women you overlooked), not the text? Is it the white guy on the tractor or his sign that offends you? Is this really a difficult intellectual exercise?

The Confederate flag does not induce racism. That's a generalization
