If you are referring to Rodney King; he sped through Los Angeles at speeds greater than 120 mph putting citizens and the police at risk of death for over an hour. Your post is proof positive that blacks never take responsibilities for their actions. The problem wasn't Rodney almost killing a dozen cops and an equal amount of innocent citizens - no the problem was merely what happened after he did those felonious things. Black apologists are funny as heck.
