The cop said he would let him off with a warning before he knew who he was...but Z needed him to know who he was. Why would he do that? On the accident thing, the Sanford PD publicized it, and you're right...this time either someone at the Texas PD, or Z himself, told TMZ. Why is he seemingly trying to get publicity?
