Oh yes, you know he was not guilty and that is what is eating you up. Trayvon didn't "deserve" to die, few people if any do deserve that, but how is anyone supposed to feel any sympathy knowing that Trayvon caused his own death. That is the kicker. The facts show he instigated the violence and continued it until George had to fire his gun. Too bad Trayvon was that stupid but that is how it goes. You can't expect stupid people to be intelligent.

If that is what you believe, do you also believe that Zimmerman deserves to die for having hit his father in law on the nose? It's actually kind of funny that the picture of the father in law's nose looks quite a bit like Zimmerman's nose the night he killed Martin.

If Trayvon reached for Zimmerman's weapon after knocking him to the ground stating "you're gonna die tonight mother(*)(*)(*)(*)er," you don't believe Zimmerman had a right to defend himself?

Right to defend himself and deserved to die are not synonymous. I'm surprised st you

There are a lot of "IF's" in your statement.

But I am not interested in pursuing a conversation that is obviously based ONLY on assumptions.

We all must be responsible for our actions. If the account of the events of that night are accurate, Trayvon Martin escalated the conflict to the point of imminent threat by expressly threatening to murder George Zimmerman. In that instance, Zimmerman's subsequent actions are justified and his attacker did indeed "deserve to die." Did George Zimmerman deserve to die that night as Trayvon allegedly threatened?

George is a hero and should be commended. He is a great example of how citizens should arm themselves and not put up with any violence from these savages that roam the streets looking for trouble. Parents should look at this case and know if they want to keep their kids alive they should teach them better and not allow them to roam the streets doing what they want.

I'm not assuming anything. You are, however, in stating "Trayvon didn't deserve to die that night." You are assuming that Zimmerman's account of the events is false. Ergo, if Zimmerman's account is false, you are correct--Trayvon did not deserve to die. But if, OTOH, his account is accurate, then Trayvon did deserve to die.

No doubt that Trayvon was a violent druggie that caused his own death. Stupid people often do that.

How about using some logic for a change.

You think that my statement "Trayvon didn't deserve to die" is an assumption. . .
I say it is a fact, that is supported by our legal system.

Even IF Trayvon had been the aggressor, and even IF this had been proven without the shadow of a doubt (which it has NOT), and IF Zimmerman had not shot the kid after LESS THAN 2 minutes of struggle, but the police had arrived a few seconds earlier and seen the fight, and arrested Trayvon, and even IF Trayvon had face a judge for fighting Zimmerman and giving him the "injuries" Zimmerman accused Trayvon of giving him. . . Trayvon would NEVER have been given the death penalty.

WHY NOT? Because he didn't deserve to die. Because NO ONE who "attacks" someone and provokes the type of injuries that Zimmerman sustained (even if one buys into the overstatement of those injuries that occurred in court), NO ONE would EVER be condemned to death, especially a FIRST offender, a CHILD (even a late teenage child), who is UNARMED.

And, you never answered my question: IF you really believe that Martin deserved to die for hitting Zimmerman on the nose and provoking that scratch on the side of his nose, should Zimmerman now deserve to die for attacking his father in law and provoking just about the same scratch on his father in law's nose?

My answer is NO in both cases. . .and it is obvious that the legal system agrees with me.

Are you saying that there is a case within the legal system that has condemn to DEATH a person who, while being followed in the dark by a stranger, reacts by hitting that stranger on the nose and a struggle happens during which the stranger ends up with a "maybe" fracture nose and a couple of small, superficial cuts on his head and a couple of small, superficial abrasions on his face?

Please provide a factual link, and if you cannot, you are breaking rule 10.

Poor Shellie. Stands by her man, lies for him in court, then dumped like a sack of garbage once he was out and enjoying his new found fame. He traded her in pretty quick didn't he? Just what a stand up kind of guy would do, right?

The fact is it wasn't George who was convicted of perjury, it was his estranged wife.

And then she lied about the gun she 'said' he assaulted her with ...yet the cops couldn't find.

And now she says he might be guilty.

She sounds like a woman scorned. It's as simple as that.

    Thank you for your post,
This being a debate forum compels one to prove claims I would hope.

The brief was 27 pages and read by the Judge. When she finished she asked the jurors if they had any questions to ask them. The attorneys didn't dispute the briefing.

You claim that Zimmerman is guilty! What is he guilty of? Be very specific and not offer a vague narrative please.
As for calling Zimmerman names I'm not sure where that fits in in a debate forum.

You are probably right about Zimmermans future troubles. ANY person on the street without a source of income, no support system and is unable to work will certainly run afoul of the law at some point. Growing belly? Come'on.

Zimmerman is trash? I wouldn't think so. The man was in fact a volunteer that attended HOA meetings while most others sat on their rears. Zimmerman volunteered for free to watch over other peoples property and children for free while they all slept. Zimmerman also staged a protest on behalf of a homeless black man. He even handed out fliers at black churches for free in order to drum up support for the cause. He even testified in court on behalf of the homeless black man. Zimmerman also mentored black kids. Zimmerman is a tax payer, a voter, he is a registered Democrat, he voted for Obama, TWICE.
Now, please offer support for your assertion that Zimmerman is trash.

    Respectfully,

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but what I was referring to is the comments made by a few of you that "Trayvon Martin deserved to die," while actually he did NOT.
I went as far as saying that NO ONE deserves to die for hitting someone on the nose, not even for pushing them on the ground and beating them silly (which did not happen in the Zimmerman case).

And when someone disagreed, I refer to the fact that NO COURT OF JUSTICE would ever condemn ANYONE to death (especially an underage kid, unarmed, and without a prior offense, who was being followed in the dark by a stranger) for engaging into a fight and provoking minor injuries (or even more severe ones!).

You seemed to disagree with that statement, and I asked you to either demonstrate that a court of justice did in fact condemn someone to death for beating up someone else. . .and you come up with a bunch of unrelated stuff.

How does the fact that Zimmerman was found "not guilty" of second degree murder demonstrating that a court of law would have approved of the killing of Trayvon Martin? How does that "legal loophole" that allowed Zimmerman to be found "not guilty" based solely on lack of "reasonable doubt" as per the judge's instruction (which confused the jury) demonstrate that Trayvon Martin, if he had not been killed by Zimmerman would have been condemned to death by a court of law and a jury?

You are so obsessed by WANTING Zimmerman to be "innocent" that you refuse to even think clearly about the issue and you are derailing the discussion.

"Haters gonna hate! Want someone to shut up here ? Ask them for proof and watch how quickly they disappear ."

You are WRONG! They don't disappear, they change the subject, call you a retard and THEN leave. :eyepopping: lol

I guess I am not used to people creating false statements for others and then asking them to prove the false statements they just made up, its a very bizarre tactic. The rest of your rant gets more bizarre, not sure how to address it.

Lol , you are honestly so right. Good point.
