medicaid as I did not have any insurance at all

And contrary to what some want to believe, it is not welfare as I had my first job at the age of 10 and dutifully paid my taxes all my life as befits a law abiding citizen.

And some people wonder why the conservatives believed that they had a chance.

Right wingers don't want you to be without life saving medical care at an affordable price.

Right wingers just don't want Obama to force you to choose between health care and Government subjugation.

Obama wants us to give him our powers.

Right now and since our nation's founding WE THE PEOPLE have been in charge of our government.

Obama wants to change the balance of power.

He wants the Government to be our bosses.

The Right Wingers who oppose ACA or Obamacare oppose it on those grounds, primarily.

If he gets his way we would have to fight another war of independence some day in the future if we ever wanted to again be masters of our own destinies.

Government of the people, by the people, and for the people, would perish from this part of the earth if Obama has his way.

Cool. I don't care. Obama won, and it doesn't matter who is the better man, because in all seriousness if you think Mittens is any different from Obama, that's funny. I couldn't vote then, and I wasn't planning on voting for either of them. Gary Johnson all the way.

    affordable price

So why didn't right wingers come up with an affordable plan?

Why did they sit by and allow 45,000 Americans to die every year due to lack of affordable insurance??

Yes, I know that some of you are still in denial but there is no question that Americans did die from lack of insurance coverage. That is a fact whether you choose to believe it or not.

    Government subjugation

For thousands of people who face life threatening illness without insurance, we do not view ACA as subjugation. Instead we view it as liberation. The same type of liberation enjoyed by Fortune 500 employees whose insurance is subsidized by taxpayers. The same type of liberation enjoyed by Israelis at American taxpayer expense.

Obama wants our power ... bosses

Strange how the right wingers voiced no such objection during COINTELPRO, Watergate, Bush I's war on Iraq, Bush II's wars and creation of the Patriot Act, and still voice no objection over mandatory Selective Service registration.

right wingers oppose ACA on those grounds

If so, then you should oppose forcing Americans to pay for health coverage in Israel, Iraq, and Afghanistan. You should also condemn the fact that we have been forced to pay Fortune 500 companies insurance plans for all these decades. I have never heard even the slightest objection from right wingers along these lines.

    government by the people

Obama was TWICE elected by the majority. That's democracy in action.

The election wasn't rigged. The American people really are that stupid and gullible.

Funny, as if the popular vote has any effect on the outcome of a Presidential election.

    Well, this was fun!!

Unfortunately for the skewer-birthers of the world, the polls were not skewed. In fact, most of them were right-on and the aggregates themselves were very, very good.

Oh, and just one more detail:

    332-206.

    Indeed: 51.01% to 47.15%, +3.86%.....
Yepp, there's that 47% that Mitt Romney talked about, only on the red side of the equation, instead of the blue.

    :D
