"Let's Move" was announced in 2010. Nice try though.

I think you meant to thank Bush.

Absolutely comical. Click on a PoliticalForum.com thread about a welfare recipient eating a fancy dinner and it's 'Welfare is a broken system -- Thanks Obama!'. Click on another thread on PoliticalForum.com about child obesity and it's 'America's children are starving due to poverty -- Thanks Obama!'. You'd think at some point the logical fallacies would just warp their minds to the point where they weren't able to post anymore.

I said poverty, not welfare. No, welfare queens live high on the hog eating government cheese, at taxpayer expense of course...kinda like Giggles the socialist's hulking America hating wife Moochelle.

There can be real value in public health policy. That is, it can have a positive influence in altering people's habits. Cigarette smoking is a good example.

Now I'm not a huge fan of the government attempting engineer every aspect of our lives, but there are some areas where it can bring issues to the forefront of peoples minds and change them in a healthy manner. If it hadn't been for the anti-smoking campaign over the years and the way that changed my view of the habit, I'd either be dead by now, or wish I was. And you all would've probably had to pay for some of my last days.

I think this instance is an example of government, community and business working in partnership, to very positive effect

Well why not - Kid races home from school, then races down to the park, then races around the park for a while, obviously race is the answer ;)

Wow, with results like this, we should make a menu for parents as well. We should force employers to offer a set menu approved by the government and offer tax breaks for those that comply. It should also be made illegal to bring any food from home if your employer provides a govt approved meal plan. It will be a bit more difficult and a black market will arise, but we should move on to regulating grocery stores as phase 2.

Just from this post, I can clearly tell that I would not like to be around you, at all. There are like 12 reasons in such a short post. Congrats, you are the Bizarro Freak.

ITT righties circlejerk for the 500th time today.

Seriously. This forum is becoming a toxic wasteland where 85% of the threads (look at the front page for proof) are from conservative posters and nearly all the comments are them circle jerking incessantly. Getting worse to. Especially with the influx of the Stormfront gang.
