I don't need to, I never claimed anything - he did so he DOES need to prove his claim. See the difference?

It's invalid as a proven claim. Therefore as a conclusion it's a purely unsubstantiated opinion.

Read the tread you are wrong. I asked him and he agreed that was his meaning.

    Non sequitur.

Lol your question is hilarious. I have no argument on this point - I just have a question, which reveals the flawed ground of his conclusion.

It isn't an ad hominem because I didn't try to use it to invalidate his argument. You obviously don't know what ad hominem is.

Your responses are some of the most hilarious attempts at defence of the absurd I think I've ever seen.

They pay what the job is worth, but do tell me why doesn't every business simply pay every employee minimum wage?

    What store do you shop?

Where does that preclude pointing out the stupid ones?

Why should Americans have to prove something that is common knowledge about this country to a foreigner like you?

We here in America know who Lee is and what her politics are.

She is wrong but she is doing the will of those that elected her and that is their problem.

You said he was "wrong" and the reasoning you offered was that he did not substantiate his argument. This is fallacious logic. His argument isn't "wrong" simply because you chose to call it invalid due to it being unsubstantiated. 2 plus 2 would equal 4 regardless if evidence was given or not.

He asked you "who else would vote for" this politician. You have yet to answer. Your entire purpose in this conversation is to do what, exactly? Show that it's possible that a few conservatives may have checked the wrong bubble on the ballot?

Not at all. If most of the people who voted for her were liberals, which is something you agreed with, then the OP would be correct in his claim that liberals elected this person. Feel free to offer up an explanation on why this isn't correct.

Your dodge of the question is noted.

    Sure I do.

Your self-congratulatory posts are not very convincing.

No, she is a pandering racist loon, who is a US Congress critter, who is much more dangerous than a state representative. The insane bull(*)(*)(*)(*) that leave her lips makes Nancy Pelosi seem intelligent, and that's compared to a gerbil.

This is so crazy I see few buying into it. That being said, if it did pass, it would be devestating for Californa's economy

Twenty Six dollars an hour is the appropriate inflation adjusted income for a living wage. Would it cost jobs? Yes those minimum wage jobs would be phased out, but they can get on welfare until demand picks up again for a good economy.
