Are you that intellectually dishonest that I need to lead you by the nose? Ask your mother to point out the obvious.

Be nice, fresh air is just beginning to see the light through the wool. Gotta give he/she credit for simply not screwing their eyes shut like others who have been blind.:smile:

Maybe it does just take a Tax, for the private sector to produce better products at lower cost, that are not Taxed.

Why tax people at all is a good question. Obama allows or money to be handed to global banks using QE3. Instead of our money going to global banks why not straight to the people?

Well, that would just defeat the purpose of using taxes for what they were intended... to punish.

The left is against large companies making so much money but turn a blinds eye away from the fact that the FEDS are giving away our money to global banks and making billions on top of billions with little to no effort. While almost none of this money ever makes it to the people who need it. Why? Because Obama approves. He wants his donors to be happy and mega rich 1%.

That is the cheap stuff. However even most of that goes through additional filtration. If you buy the better filters from the store it about the same and cheaper. I like Fuji or evian makes me feel fancy when I drink it.:alcoholic:

The problem with it...is that government doesn't really want to lose that revenue. It becomes dependent on the bad habits of others. Have you ever seen government lose revenue easily? And willfully? Cigarettes are taxed to death. And cause death by the way. So many people are going to vaping---which is a healthier alternative and can save lives. But when people go to vaping....revenue is lost. Which is why there is a big push to tax it.

That is why I don't get as mad as others on this. They see it has only a resriction on the product. I see it as a form of protection as well. While more costly it preserves the abilty to still have access. That is the most effective method to preserve having the option. Since many want to control the actions of others. Vastly superior to complete prohibition of a vice IMO. We must bribe the govt to allow it, if not they just ban it outright.

Have you tried vaping by the way? Been thinking about it, but not sure if it would actually help to quit smoking.

I am not comfortable with the government deciding who is and isn't acting "responsibly", outside of obvious crimes like, you know, murder or theft. It shouldn't be the job of the people in charge to shape culture to their liking, WE should decide that.

I predicted this with anti smoking laws years ago. This is just the beginning. Next will be any fast food you eat.

Get ready kids, you deserve what you get. You never thought it would happen and here it is. Don't ask me for help. I quit smoking years ago.
