Hardly a shock to anyone that someone born outside the United States needs at least one parent to be a U.S. citizen in order to be a U.S. Citizen.

But that doesn't say anything about those born in the United States- and didn't need to- since we all know that anyone born in the U.S. is a natural born citizen(other than children of diplomats)
