Please present a sound argument as to the necessity and/or constitutionality of banning 'assault weapons'.

 

They are scary. All the justification needed by the left.

 

LOL as if a Glock does not assault people....the bullet politely asks its target if its ok to enter...like an Illegal Canadian Alien.

 

Run for the hills,it's the "scary black guns". This again just proves the gun grabbers making these guns illegal, do so with emotion, and not logic. Everyone of those guns function the same way, the only difference is purely cosmetic.

 

You are expecting people who know nothing about firearms to write sensible laws about firearms.

 

Yet our favorite gun grabber from ny,keeps telling us how good ny laws are.

 

That barrel being 2 inches shorter might be just the difference when it comes to stuffing in your shorts for concealment.

You could similarly raise the argument that why are the others legal, and its silly people making gun laws made such weapons legal blah blah blah.

Not even remotely. They will claim that X needs to banned but they can't even define what X is or why it should be banned.

The only reason to take the (*)(*)(*)(*)s seriously is that have the political power to pass misthought and ineffective gun control measures. if they could, they would ban all firearms. There is no reason to give them an inch.
