Rebels [i.e. against Assad's regime] are not being target by the British, or am I missing something?

Yes, like the whole point. My question repeated, what is the best counter attack to jets?

So... you are asking what is the best way for isis (and not rebels) to counter attack jets? I hope they cannot.

Why even bother doing what? Trying to distinguish if you mean rebels or ISIS when you ask a question?
You asked how do the rebels stop the Air Strikes [from the UK], but the rebels are not being attacked by the UK.

I don't really know.. There are small, bootleg refineries all over Syria so I don't know if they were all hauling crude or some were refined product.

The US is not, repeat not, a Constitutional Republic because your "constitution" was superseded on 9/11 by Continuity of Government (COG).

You are today a state that is run by a shadow government of elites.

Then the US government could also be considered rebels.
I wouldn't give isis a name of "rebel". Terrorist is about the only label they'll get from me.

There are three sides. Pro-syrian, rebels, and isis. I wouldn't lump ISIS with the [originally] peaceful protesters that started the civil war in syria. The civil war has nothing to do with ISIS, they are a 3rd party taking an opportunity. Attacks on ISIS or the the legitimate syrian opposition are two different things, and need to be be distinguished as such IMO. You don't seem to agree.

the usa isnt considered rebels as they are foreign invaders with no ties to the region besides corrupting saudi arabia. ksa is the only ppl who want continued american intervention. a rebel would be an indigenous opposition to a tyrannical regime, syria govt.

Then IS, which originated in Libya originally and has many arms outside Syria, but will no doubt be made up of many Syrians, is probably tenuous. In any case, I still wouldn't call ISIS as part of the legitimate rebellion that is taken place by the opposition that started as part of protests in 2011, and I at least thought that ROTW made a clear distinction between them. I was obviously incorrect.
