Face it Folks ... Grade school level talk works. It worked wonders
for Obama in 2008.He was literally fashioned as this new
Rock Star on the political landscape. It worked partly because of it's
simplicity as if talking to a grade schooler.Obama's SOTU addresses have
scored/rated as the Lowest level of aptitude needed to understand every
word.Around an 8th grade level.I guess to better inform and reach those
low information voters as Rush Limbaugh likes to comment.
Now we move on to another simplistically oriented guy in the form
of New Sheriff in town ... Donald Trump. An Orator he ain't.Not even
close. At least Obama can dazzle the uninformed with his used car
salesman pitch.Which basically entails combining doublespeak and
of course Obama's traditional demagoguery. Not to inform and educate as much to
strive a nerve and wake up the Electorate.
Same thing with Donald Trump ... only more so.However with the same
8th grade or lower level of aptitude needed and a lot of big fancy pants
words like ... Unbelievable.Fantastic.Or Amazing. With small terms like
    " great guy " or " low-energy " and even " really overrated ".
I mean like how Tremendous is all dat.Talk about a populace given to
5th grade talk.As if Billy and Tommy are glued to their TV sets awating
    a great Trump oration.
    Ain't gonna hoppen Grasshopper.
So stop all this Trumpism. He's Just a Man like most other super-luxury
    Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
    types.Didn't ya get the memo.

Why do some focus on Trump's vocabulary, or Cruz's boots, or Trump's hair, or Christie's waist, or Carson's delivery, or Jeb's facial expression, or Hillary's pants suits? We should look at their record and what they say. I guess Jesus couldn't get elected if he stuttered.

Politicians are chameleons they can never be trusted , they are frequently bribed , and seldom understand what working for a living entails .

It may still be too complicated for the Right.

OK ... The reason I opened this OP thread was intentional.Having just heard
Again on today's - Meet the Press - as AGAIN Hugh Hewitt is acting like Trump
is this marvelously unique and qualified technician of New Wave Political Jazz.
Like Trump is SO head & heels above the entire Political field.Like some kind of
nouveau Superman { Like when the 50's TV series hit the boob tube }.
This is what other Talk Radio guys are pleading also.Like Rush Limbaugh and
Michael Savage. However not so much Mark Levin and definitely Not
Dennis Prager.Definitely not those Neocons at The Weekly Standard.
So ... somethins' fishy. It doesn't add up.make any sense. How there can be this
huge divide over Trump. So very Anti vs. Pro ... Trump.
I kinda smell a rat.No one acted this way over Obama. It was usually ALL Obama
and very little dissent { how dare anyone in 2008 } and even in 2012 where
Romney refused to get tough with Obama criticizing.
Not so over Trump. It's either ALL in for Trump or The guy has Got to Go.
    Something isn't adding up.

Republicans are the ones who had to turn "nuance" into a dirty word. Republicans appeal not to intellect, but to fear and emotion. Trump is popular among those who have a need to believe that there are simple solutions to complex problems, even if there are not.

That said, Presidents are managers and spokespersons. They need to be able to understand ideas (as George W Bush was not), but not necessarily to develop them. That's what staff are for.

This is why the Left has a bad reputation. You're the ones putting Hillary on a pedestal. LOL I think a Pre-K kid would know better.

The plain fact is that Obama had to tailor his SOTU speech to the 5th grade level so his supporters could understand what he said.

Just to be clear.I wasn't making that claim up.
As reported at Smart Politics by Eric Ostermeir on January 25,2012
    - Obama's SOTU Written at 8th Grade Level for Third Straight Year

Obama's SOTU addresses have the lowest average Flesch-Kincaid
score of any modern President; Obama owns 3 of the 6 lowest-scoring
    addresses since FDR.

How precisely would You Know what Trump knows.
Sounds all rather presumptuous to me.
Being presumptuous is not a positive character trait.

At this stage of the Game { before any primary ever took place } Hillary
isn't just damaged goods ... she is Spoiled Fruit.Mores like rotted fruit on
the back of a wooden fruit cart.Just look at all the stories about how she went after *women
personally when Bill Raped or harassed them.

    * now there's claims { Tripp Warns: Bill Had 1000s of Women }
Not just the 5 that have made major headlines for 2-3 decades.

Not sure what you are referring to in politics. The Right has an even worse reputation in Alabama.
