At least there'll be another huge gun buy-up right before Hillary gets her old room at the WH back. If it's her, a SC lib instead of Scalia, and a Dem regained senate, (all very possible, and at least 2 out of 3 probable) who's going to protect the 2nd amendment? Give me some hope, please

I doubt the Supreme Court will address gun issues in the future. The SCOTUS tends to avoid issues that have been settled, otherwise Roe v. Wade would have been taken down years ago.

 

I hope you are right. Would mandatory registration have to be a SC decision? Surely the left is not going to stall out on this, not if they have the WH and maybe the senate? (and I'm not calling you "Shirley" )
