As in any election year many voices from the wilderness are heard and the trans folks are no exception. This is a non issue and will promptly disappear after the election is over.

Close ALL the restrooms and put port-o-lets outside. Port-o-Lets are multi-sex use after all.

 

The human genome is complex and at times spontaneously mutates I don't doubt that within a population of billions that some individuals will physically express subtle and at times dramatic variations in brain, hormonal and neurotransmitter function as it relates to gender differentiation.

In short, transgenders are real but at this time medical science cannot discern between the millions that express gender dysphoria and the truly transgended.

It needs to be noted that of those presenting with Gender Dysphoria a full 70 to 80% self resolve the issue and deny a discomfort with their biologic gender. The remaining 20% could be transgender but MRI studies only identify a small minority of this group as having gender variations in the brain and those suggest a uniqueness in structure not leaning male or female.

Law is getting ahead of science here and it's producing junk law and politically pushing junk science.

Sorry but transexuals and transvestites have been using public bathrooms for decades with no problem.

It only became a problem when the conservtives started passing bathroom bills requiring a check of genitals each time you enter a bathroom.

This is nothing more that an election year ploy by right-wingers attempting to create another social-wedge issue in place of a platofrm that appeals to most voters.

 

Transvestites should not be using female restrooms. Transvestites by definition are heterosexual, they are males that like to cross dress for sexual excitement.

I didn't know that Obama created the HB2 law in North Carolina. I thought that the HB2 law aka the toilet law was created and passed by North Carolina's General Assembly and signed into law by North Carolina governor and Koch addict Pat McCrory. Can you explain how Obama created the HB2 law? Is he also a member of the North Carolina General Assembly or is he the Governor there?
