It's not so much a matter of who you hire as it is how you treat someone you hire. Proving you were discriminated against in the hiring process is typically pretty hard. Proving you were discriminated against while employed by a company is much more tangible in nature.

You seem to be leaving out the people that have had gender reassignment surgery. A lot of them aren't visibly different from someone born the gender they desired.

That being said, I do know some who you can tell have transitioned.

Back on the assault topic, so, are you saying that a ban on transgender usage of a bathroom will somehow stop a predator?

Do you forget to turn off the lights at night? It's all elementary.

While 99.999999 of males find naked females very easy to look at, do you think that it's right?

Predators were here a long time before any laws were introduced. As far as I know, the percentage rate of attacks have not drastically gone up.

Instead of worrying about what bathroom people use, the conservatives in this country need to focus on something real like the economy.

So you're good with a 20 yo male going to the locker room with a 13 year old girl?

Can you answer my original question to you?

"While 99.999999 of males find naked females very easy to look at, do you think that it's right?"

Do I think what is right? For males to look at naked females? Well that depends. I mean if she's in a porno or she stripped naked at your house after a night out then yeah it's fine. If you're peeping through a bathroom stall or video taping someone changing clothes unbeknownst to them then no it's not okay.

There's a current thread about a tranny teacher who got 60 large because she claims people weren't using the correct gender pronoun. It was investigated and no evidence was found but she got paid anyway. There doesn't have to be work place discrimination, there only has to be a claim of work place discrimination. Why set yourself up for that?

You don't need to peep in a communal shower and it's not just limited to showers and bathrooms. The Obama edict specifies all women's facilities. Bathrooms, showers, changing rooms etc.

Absolutely it's right. What the hell's wrong with you? What kind of question is that? Opposites attract.

That's how Oregon apparently handles it. It doesn't work that way here in NC, both before and after HB2.

I think we can agree that situation was bs.

Yes and BS has a way rolling down hill. NC may not handle it like that now but 10 yrs from now who knows.

I must be communicating with an alternate bizarro universe in which segregation is the opposite of discrimination.

This is why it is so difficult to navigate the brier patch of social justice. It's the utter absence of a logical objective argument. Conclusions are not drawn from reasoned positions. They are drawn from a hierarchy of approved & predetermined emotional outcomes. A woman who argues for segregation based on the creation of an emotional environment of privacy and security is apparently lower on the progressive totem pole than a transgender female who seeks segregation for the purpose of an emotional environment of social acceptance & approval. A sis gendered woman's feelings cannot be equal to a transgendered female's feelings. The conflict with the concept of "equality" is not difficult to observe if you adopt a reasoned approach, and so the rational mind must question whether or not equality & tolerance is truly the objective here.

The context of the question was if they were changing in the locker room was it ok to look at them. I'm looking for an answer for that.

Answer the question in the context that it was given. What's wrong with you??? Can you not read?

I've changed my mind about a lot of this stuff recently. I really don't care either way on this now. People will find a way to agitate each other regardless of circumstance, because it is in human nature to vex and oppress. No laws will change this, and when liberty is available, most squander it.

So it begs the question if democracy is even worth it. I've recently come to the conclusion that it isn't. We are petty beings worthy of loathing, and most are only useful as instruments.
