I suppose this could have been misinterpreted:
If you require further explanation I will happily provide it...though it may define you.

Borat, I am not a big Hillary supporter but if you objectively look at the numbers both economically and as far as the amount of American deaths both overseas and here at home, Obama's eight years have been a huge success. That may be the reason that the president Obama has such an amazingly high approval rating for a president at this stage of his second term. What we have here is a race between a couple of detestable candidates, a war of attrition. Hillary is suspect regarding past decisions, but is infinitely more qualified and Trump is a reckless loudmouth who will say anything to get elected with absolutely no core values. You never know what you get with this guy.

It is the process of thinking that eliminated Trump from possibility for me.

Ask any of the contractors in Atlantic City who have been cheated by this guy about that champ...Also it appears that Trump has paid off the Attorney General of Florida to thwart an investigation into his crooked Trump University scam. Trump is a bigger crook than Hillary of Bill Clinton ever thought of being. If Hillary is a crook, Donald is a crime boss.

This is not the right metric. Withdrawing troops from overseas is easy, sign an order, bring them home. Doing it without destabilizing the entire region and turning it into a quagmire, without leaving a vacuum behind leading to the creation of ISIS was the challenge and Obama failed miserably. Economic numbers are also meaningless given that the top 1-3% pocket the entire US economic growth. All that additional national debt ends up in their pockets too while the middle class is hurting, squeezed from all directions, shrinking, and will sooner or later have to pay off that national debt that Obama/Hillary and Co racked up and squandered

Nope. We have a race between status quo and a new direction, between the ruling class and the middle class, between pro-America and Americans are deplorable, between patriotism and globalism, between taking a chance to change the course and continuing the same course toward and over the cliff.

As you know by now, I like pork chops too, but I disagree with your take on this election and the participants thereof. However I respect your right to advocate for your positions which you do quite well and vigorously here on this fine venue. Cheers

I doubt you could string together a complete sentence that doesn't have some name-calling rant in it. Hillary seems to be having the same trouble, and look where it's getting her; well, right where she belongs actually, trailing Trump by 6.7%.

Then skitter off to defeat. Once your parties politics are out of the way I frankly don't care.

    They have done enough damage.

It seems obvious that further discussion with you is pointless and is likely to continue the descent into insult and dishonesty so I bid you goodbye.

I get the feeling that to an extent, both of these candidates would sell us down the river either inadvertently as with Clinton and her possible continuation of the Cheney/Bush style foreign policy, or in Trump's case selling off our assets for more personal enrichment. That said, whoever gets elected will have my full support until it becomes clear that they are selling us out. My hope is that President Trump or President Clinton will rise to the occasion despite any former mistakes and become a great leader for our times. I do believe that this is possible with either one of these two. Remember I said possible, not probable. In any event, I seriously doubt if of either of these two can completely screw us over too bad. We survived Johnson, Cheney/Bush and Nixon. We can certainly survive either of these two chumps. Cheers

I believe Trump will get over 300 electoral votes, and make a great president. He will be the smartest president in history, and certainly is smart enough to listen to good advisers.

He was smart enough to listen to his business advisors, and yet could make a tough decision when needed-Thats exactly what we need.

Even his campaign has been innovative and has spent a fraction of Mrs. Clinton.

Hillary on the other hand wouldn't listen to her doctor to rest, and she decided to lie and cough and fall instead-and look how the polling has responded.

That tells me the upcoming Trump administration will likely be similar, and that Hillary is no leader but a stubborn fool.

Well it would be bad business for Congress to block any proposals by a President Trump. You are forgetting that the man loves Twitter, so he will just take to it, tell his millions of supporters the exact names of the Congresspeople opposing him, and that the people voted for his policies. They will melt the f***ing phonelines of their Congresspeople, and if they want to get re-elected, they will seriously consider his proposals.

    The wall WILL be built.

Having lived in Southern California for 50 years and being quite familiar with border country I know that any such wall proposed by Trump is a joke. Where needed, in populated areas there are already huge fences and yes, walls. Our southern border security has been continually upgraded for over a half a century and is being improved as we speak. If Trump is elected, I am sure that this will continue. As far as building a mythical Great Wall of China style white elephant, it ain't gonna happen, it's just a gimmick that Trump has used to get his contingent of ignorant Mexican haters fired up.

I'll settle for 271 if we can maintain a Republican House and Senate as well. It would represent a much needed course correction.

Pssst-the illlegals seek out less populated areas to cross over.

Head east towards Campo along the 8 for an idea.

Its the same reason that illegals tend to cross more in Az, because its less populated. Less eyes on them as they break the law.

With the sheer amount of Trump vitriol coming from both political parties, I just don't know how much it would matter if Congress is in the hands of the left or little less left.

Building a wall in that terrain would be next to impossible and the U.S. Border patrol is doing a great job keeping it under control.

I've spent more time on the border (both sides) than you have. I know this by the comments you make.

That wall is going up. You will watch it happen.
