He never said that. What he said was that he'd accept the outcome if he won. He never said he wouldn't accept it if Humiliated Hillary had won'

What trick. It's always been this way. If you don't like how your state votes for president then work to get your state to change. Your opinion of how states other than yours votes is irrelevent to those states.

Oh yeah? You still lost. You lost the electoral vote bigly ;) and you lost the popular vote in 49 states outside California bigly. Trump is your president and you are going to make America great again, whether you like it or not. :roflol:

last time I checked California and New York were part of the USA.

Speaking of wall street, the establishment elites have been celebrating one of their own getting in the WH, who will give them massive tax cuts. So are the lobbyists swarming around Trump's administration.

You've been duped and conned by a charlatan. Congratulations on your "win".

No its not babbling nonsense. Hillary has 16% of her popular vote coming from NY and California alone. Without those 2 states she is far behind in the Popular vote.

Just the way it is. Its called reality.

Oh and the Popular vote don't mean (*)(*)(*)(*). Not even the Electoral College is going to change anything.

Why won't you listen to your Cult Leaders?

Tribe said the constitutionality of imposing a fine on a “faithless elector” is “open to doubt, and it is even more doubtful that a court would compel any Elector to be ‘faithful’ to the State’s winner-take-all outcome. Nor is it likely that the Vice President, who presides over the process of opening the Electors’ ballots and counting the votes cast by the 538 Electors, would feel free to ‘correct’ a faithless Elector’s vote. So, in theory, if enough Electors pledged to Mr. Trump decline to make him President-elect and vote instead for Secretary Clinton, she would become the President-elect and would be the 45th President upon taking the Oath of Office on January 20, 2017.”

But Tribe said such a scenario is highly unlikely as a matter of practice, in part because it would likely be opposed by President Obama and Clinton herself.

“In the current situation, where both incumbent President Obama and the candidate who won a popular majority nationwide, Hillary Clinton, have made such a huge point of accepting Donald Trump as the President-elect, and where both Obama and Clinton have repeatedly insisted that such acceptance is vital to the peaceful transition our democracy requires, I frankly cannot imagine either of them supporting the proposed move to have the Electoral College elect the former Secretary of State on December 19,” Tribe said. “And, without their support, the move seems doomed to fail.”

Indeed, Obama said at a press conference on Nov. 14, “Look, the people have spoken. Donald Trump will be the next President, the 45th President of the United States.”

In her concession speech, Clinton said, “Donald Trump is going to be our president” and added that Americans “respect and cherish” the “rule of law.”

There is another huge practical hurdle to the scenario called for in the petition. The electors are chosen by the state parties. They are usually people heavily involved in the campaign of their party’s nominee or active in the state party.

“The electors are mostly people connected to the political party leadership in their states,” Richard Pildes, a professor of constitutional law at New York University School of Law, told us via email. “So if you try to picture how this might happen, it would have to be the party leadership in some group of states that is convinced to abandon Trump.”

Kermit Roosevelt, professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, put it succinctly. He said that while there is “no clear requirement in the Constitution that electors vote for the candidate they’re pledged to … it’s very unlikely that defections will happen now.”.....snip~

While it's difficult to diagnose online, it appears to me that you have finally progressed from your bargaining stage of grief to the next - depression. Don't despair, this is the last difficult stage, the next one, acceptance is right around the corner.

    More babbling nonsense.

Wall Street elite establishment is celebrating its win getting on of their own in the WH who is giving them massive tax cuts instead of a tax increase. DC insider lobbyists are swarming all over Donald's administration. The Russians celebrated how is it was to manipulate foolish gullible Americans. The Chinese celebrate how they will now dominate Asian trade instead of the US. The political establishment elite maintained control over Congress. And now even Clinton won't be prosecuted.

You've been lied to and so easily manipulated every step of the way.

Face it, you've been duped and conned by a charlatan. Congratulations on your "win."

It's not? Prove Trump won the popular vote in 49 states as claimed. Thank you.
Why don't you listen to your dear leader?

"The electoral college is a disaster for a democracy. This election is a total sham and a travesty. Our nation is totally divided! The world is laughing at us. Our country is now in serious and unprecedented trouble...like never before.

We can't let this happen. Lets fight like hell and stop this great and disgusting injustice! We should march on Washington and stop this travesty. He lost the popular vote by a lot and won the election. We should have a revolution in this country."

Wall Street backed Hillary, gave her hundreds of millions, she was their gal..... The likes of Warren Buffet pay less taxes than their secretaries, according to his own admission. That will end under Trump's simple progressive tax plan which eliminates loopholes, deductions and tax breaks for the rich and makes the rich pay a significantly higher percentage in taxes than the poor or the middle class.

The last 8 years have bee a bonanza for Wall Street and the 1 percenters, for the poor and the middle class - not so much so your bleating about Wall Street is pathetic, you should have done it 2008 - 2016

we know its GOP policy to ignore the votes of blacks, Hispanics, and Liberals, but California is part of the USA and no amount of self-soothing nonsense will change that.

but if it makes you feel any better, if we ignore California, Trump only lost the Popular and Electoral votes of 19 states.

    happy now?

I said NY and California.....do you even know how to read. But lets show just how uninformed you really are.

Popular Vote 2016: How California Drove Hillary Clinton’s Lead....

How dominant is California when it comes to driving Hillary Clinton’s more than 1.2 million popular vote lead over President-Elect Donald Trump?

The overall numbers obscure the fact that one state gave Clinton her edge: Populous California.

Clinton popular vote lead overall: At least 1.23 million.
Clinton popular vote lead in California alone: At least 3.1 million.

(The “at least” comes into play because California was still counting unprocessed ballots as of November 16 – more than 3.4 million of them – but since the state went so large for Clinton, it’s expected that California will just add to her margin even more.)

California contributed more than 10% of Clinton’s overall popular vote tally. Without California in the popular vote totals, Trump leads the rest of the states combined by more than 1.87 million popular votes.

Five states contributed to more than 35% of Clinton’s popular vote totals.

Here are the latest popular vote totals for the 2016 presidential election according to a spreadsheet compiled by Dave Wasserman and Cook Political Report:

    Clinton: 62,568,373
    Trump: 61,336,159

If you removed only California’s popular votes from the total, this is the result you would get, as of November 16:

    Clinton: 55,889,446
    Trump: 57,760,819

Trump also leads in the swing states as a whole:

    Trump: 22,056,165
    Clinton: 21,182,086
Trump swing state popular vote lead: 874,079.....snip~

You were saying? How you looking now? What happened with that dense grey matter? Hows the throb? Does it hurt?

I couldn't less what you said. The claim made was that Trump won the popular vote in 49 states. I said that was babbling nonsense and you saidNo its not babbling nonsense.

Do you even know how to read?

Prove Trump won the popular vote in 49 states as claimed. Thank you.

    its 100% false.

Hillary won the Popular Vote count and Electoral Vote in 20 states, which means Trump only won 30 states, not 49.

those are the rules under Federal election law.
