    She knew the law. She was reeling him in, and she did it masterfully, and the law she cited sure as hell superseded the first as it regards
    discrimination against classes of people.

    This has been discussed ad nauseum and cited in numerous court documents since Trump announced his first travel ban.

    It was a beautiful thing to see. Reminded some of the famous Marisa Tomei courtroom scene in 'My Cousin Vinny'.

    Cruz makes my skin crawl. He is most definitely a reptile. I certainly don't like Trump, but Cruz is about the only one I could think of as being worse.
    I bet Cruz got slammed into a locker every day of high school - just to hear him whine.

    The President Obama ( Deporter in Chief ) deported 2 1/2 million illegal aliens during his 2 terms. Trump has a Long way to go.........

    Consensus among who? Yates started the back and forth not recalling the statute involved in the case, and then rushed to cover by claiming that it is sound legal reasoning to judge a person's actions by perceived intent rather than their actual actions. How is it that we have come to a place that people actually accept that as a sound legal argument?

    Police: "Sir, we are placing you under arrest for possession of marijuana."

    Man: "But... but that is a pack of cigarettes! I just bought them at this 7-Eleven!"

    Police: "Sir, we had a tip on our hotline that you were praising marijuana on Facebook, and it is 4/20... so we deemed it was your intent to buy marijuana."
