Fortunately Americans never do these things? As I said I'm all for stopping the flow of illegal immigrants. I'm just not for breaking up the law abiding families that have been here for years and have started a family But not you? You see clearly? Are you sure the future you see is best?
She was a longtime coffee grower. Sounds like someone who makes the world go round to me? Where am I going to get my coffee now? From Trump supporters?
One must have faith that decency will triumph, but Spiro T Pence is a big, beaut of a wall on the road to the promised land.
Kopi luwak, or civet coffee, refers to the wonderful brew that includes coffee cherries consumed and defecated by the Asian palm civet. With the rampant xenophobia of trumpery, I hope Steve Bannon doesn't get any Buy American! ideas.
So why aren't you opening your home to honest homeless people? Why aren't you sharing your hard-earned stuff with them?
Absolutely he did. If you're American (I'm not, ftr), and don't know about the Haitian fiasco, you're probably well out of your depth commenting.
You do understand, I take it, that the very reason America is able to help others (external others) is precisely BECAUSE they've been judicious with resources and managed borders carefully. And I'm going to assume you also understand what that actually means.
BINGO! And you've also mentioned something that all of these 'born here' types miss entirely. The insult to legal immigrants. I know plenty who quite literally, despise illegals (including those of their own ethnicity). They really REALLY don't like it.
They don't have to be ripped apart. The wives/husbands/kids can go with them if they want. It's all personal choice, just as it was when the citizen chose to marry an illegal.
Sad that the new administration is actually interested in enforcing the law? If you want to become a patriotic American and you are a decent and loving family, I welcome you with open arms... and invite you to get in line like every other decent, loving family who is patiently waiting to earn the privilege of citizenship of this great land. But if you can't be bothered to do that, and if you can't be bothered to respect our laws, then we don't want you. And if you have successfully evaded our laws up until now? It's time to go home.
OMG How do you think America ended up in a position to help in the first place? By taking down her fences and leaving the vault door open? Or did you think resources were infinite, as some mad king might imagine?
All of it apparently. This is one law we are not allowed to enforce... unlike every other country on the face of the planet, Mexico included who happens to enforce its southern border with brutality, extortion, and rape. But we're the bad guys.
Agreed. Violent criminals and felons should be the first priority. But all illegals should be subject to deportation.
It started with Reagan. After he signed the ICRA in 1986 to much fanfare, he promptly ignored it... as did every president who succeeded him.
Those living safely and comfortably in their ivory towers have complete freedom to pontificate. After all, it never actually touches them.
That's the problem, successive administrations ignored the law they were supposed to enforce with probably Obama as the worst of all.
Actually, the only person responsible for 'tearing the family apart' is the woman who married him, knowing full well that he was illegal.
Keep dreaming boss. Trump supporters picking coffee beans? That'll be the day. Most of those folks are so out of shape and obese they can barely walk off their own front porch. Much less trot out there to some coffee plantation.
