    very simple to determine if a statement is racist replace the word white with the word black
    and if you are offended and say that is racist then it is racist in its original form

    if I said the NBA has a money problem because it is all black guys you would say that is racist
    If a white man said people don't trust politics because of blacks and or women you would start foaming at the mouth and your head would explode screaming racism and sexism

    What you said above is not racist, like I said again a lot white people have hard understanding what racism means. If head government officials in American were 90 percent men and black, I would 100 percent say there is a problem.
