You require anyone who is not "disgusted" and does not "feel sorry for the girl" to vote that they did the same thing Franken did. No different that having a poll asking if President Trump should be impeached for sexually assaulting women OR did you sexual assault women yourself so oppose his impeachment? I was going to the 2 extremes. If you saw the pic and thought it was funny, then maybe you have done or took part in similar stuff. If you are disgusted by the pic, then odds are you feel sorry for the girl. Is the pic okay/just a joke? Yes or no? Maybe I should of said "Do you give Al (boobie grabber) Franken a pass?"
If you "feel sorry for the girl" maybe it is because you did that to girls, saw how much it harmed them, and regret having done so. Maybe that should have been the poll question option: "I felt disgusted by it and felt sorry for her because I have done this myself and realize how wrong it was."

OK, fair enough. I don't mind a person injecting their perspective, exaggeration or humor into polls. But there also needs to be options allowing uncluttered disagreements. It doesn't just have to be yes or no. Just my view of it.
Innocent until proven guilty should apply to both parties. Of course photographic proof is acceptable and it doesn't look good for Franken. Him admitting his guilt will go a long way but if someone is not guilty they should never admit guilt. There are women who will allow a famous or rich person to do all sorts of things to them with hopes of some sort of payday. Not all women are pure and innocent and we should not just accept their story just because they are women.
