If you have a mixed race couple where one parent has a high IQ and the other has a low IQ, how would the child have a higher IQ than the parent with the higher IQ? He/she would probably be smarter than the lower IQ parent, but less smart than the higher IQ parent.

The original Law of Return only allowed in Jews.

they updated it to protect anyone who could be a victim of anti-Semitic persecution, and they used the Nuremberg Laws as a decent barometer.

Just because you can immigrate to Israel does NOT make you a Jew.

Under the Law of Return, anyone with one single Jewish grandparent can immigrate to Israel, even if that grandparent was a convert to Judaism.

Anyone married to such a person can also immigrate to Israel.

But that does NOT make them Jews. Not under Jewish law or Israeli law.

Under Jewish religious law that is at work in Israel, a Jew is STILL only someone born of a Jewish mother or a convert. The Nuremberg Laws never changed that nor did the updated Law of Return.
