Really? You didn't know about the attack on the USS Liberty for 30 years?

Yes really. If you read Phillip Tourney's book (he was onboard when it happened), you will understand why. The suppression of the news of the event went all the way to the White House. Israeli influence in Washington is extensive.

They left because of the e mail invitations to go to Germany that were coming from California and Britain. Someone was giving them money to make the trip and it wasn't Assad.

Right Margot, just like Bishar gassed his people when he was winning the battle, because he wanted Obama to bomb Damascus and help the terrorists win.

No one expected Washington to step in to stop the genocide against the Christians by ISIS and Al Nusra, but Washington didn't have to help the terrorists by arming them. But then again what can one expect from psychopaths. Now they're supporting the genocide in Yemen as well.

Another fairy tale. Assad never gassed his people and you know it, and the Russians never thought of a replacement, and you know it.

You think all those Syrians had email and computers? They didn't have jobs or food.

Assad gassed his people in 2013 nearly 2/12 years before Russia got involved and a year before the US got involved.

How was all this money transferred into Syria? Do you have PROOF?

The trafikkers were charging 10 thousand dollars a person for the six mile trip across the Aegean, and when the Syrians arrived on the islands, they did have money.

Margot as I said, the human trafikkers were charging 10 thousand dollars for each refugee crossing from Turkey to Greece, and each raft held about 50 people. It is estimated that in 2015 four thousand Syrian refugees were arriving on the islands of Chios, Kos, Lesvos and Samos a day. The Greeks figured that the trafikkers were making at a minimum 20 million a day.

This isn't gossip, these are the reports from the Greeks and volunteers. The Syrians who were coming in at the beginning had cell phones, watches, etc. In Turkey they were charging $200 for children's life jackets, and the cheaper ones had no flotation devices. If the boat sank, they drowned. They found out they were being made in Tzesme across from Chios, and they did find and arrest him... that is if you believe the Turks.

Anyway here's a video by Eric Kempson, an Englishman who lives in Molyvos, Lesvos. He was the first to help the refugees as they came over, and eventually was made the coordinator as more an more volunteers began coming. He has quite a few videos. In this one he tells the story of a couple who were robbed and beaten by the police in Turkey, and told if they return they will be killed.

The refugee population now numbers 11 million.

The US involvement in Syria was minimal.

Thankfully it was. There should have been no involvement though. There was no threat to US interests.
