Show us where he invented religion? The fake argument must be based on claims to the congress contained in the constitution. When was Moore in the US Congress? This is where he now wants to be.

So claims he violated the ban made vs congress not to create religion does not apply. Moore was quite correct.

2. Claim he got it wrong as to the homosexual ban.

Here Moore wanted state law followed. And he was not removed. He resigned on his own.

The man was elected twice to the highest court and the man in charge of the court of law.

Seems to me the man knows the law.

He violated the Establishment Clause of the Constitution. This have zero with him being in Congress, or not. One would believe a judge should be well versed in such a thing. In this case, he clearly violated this oath to support the Constitution.

State law does not take precedence over federal law. He was in clear violation of the decision by the SCOTUS, advocated non compliant and was suspended by the ethics committee.

If he "knew" the law, he wouldn't have been kicked out once and suspended a second time.

 

At the rate Dems are winning since they launched their smear circus at Moore, they will have had 10 Senators and 10 Congressmen resign resign by the mid-terms. What a brilliant strategy for them. They are eating their own, just as one expects from a mob of infantile sociopaths.

But I think their argument is, what about the unborn child? Should he/she have a say in it?

I personally think the abortions laws are fine as is, the globe has a huge population problem and it is only getting worse.

The fetus doesn't have rights and I don't give a **** what faulty reasoning a social conservative has. Their intrusive, abusive, counter productive social view is cancerous poison to our republic.

Their injection of heavy handed big government is hypocrisy at its finest given the veracity of their other arguments and stances.
