Hmm. How do you imagine the delivery of the Su-57 in service without their production? Now produced 12 aircraft. The first of them will go on service already this year. The transfer of the first batch to the Lipetsk Air Center has already been announced.
It seems meaningless to you. But in Syria, Russia for the first time in its history after the collapse of the Soviet Union was able to defend its own interests in the confrontation with the United States
Euh: Russia announced earlier this month that the Su-57, its proposed entry into the world of fifth-generation stealth fighters, would not see mass production. What you were referring to is either old news, or this article is not correct
It wasnt in confrontation they worked mosltly next to each other and sometimes with each other. If the US wanted russia out of syria it would only take a few days.
So you believe it when they say those planes will get build and dont when they later say then wont get build? If they will get build russia would have denied the report. Face it russia will have gen 4 planes the next 10-15 years. Blow them out of the sky and bomb whats left of them. Russian has too little presence in syria to withstand a couple of aircraft carrier groups. Its also too hard to supply and reach from russia. You saw what happened when a russian plane by accident flew over turkey: bye bye plane. Rest wont be different US presence in that region is a lot bigger then the russian one. Why do you think there was a confrontation?
And I do not believe the media I have other sources of information. So the US also has 4th generation fighter aircraft. And even more so - in Europe Yes. Russia has a small land group in Syria. But Russia has powerful means of countering aircraft carriers From the classic Tu-95 with long-range anti-ship missiles, to the latest "Kinzhal" complexes. And this is only non-nuclear means. This, of course, is a matter of political determination, but there is a high probability that after a direct attack by the US Air Force on Russian bases in Syria, the American fleet in the Black Sea would be wiped. The Black Sea is very far from you, but very close to Russia
Sure . Again no denial of official source, that usualy happens when something like this is reported wrongly. DO provide a source if this is wrong. F-22 & F-35 are 5th There is no carrier group in the black sea and for operations in syria against russia they wouldnt put one there. And if the US would do a surpise attack on the US, russia wouldnt ahev the time for any of that most of its planes would be destroyed on the gound and the rest shot from the eir without much problems. If russia would attack the US NATO would get involved including turkey and russian forces would be as good as cut off in syria. Yes they might surpise the US and do some serious damaga but once NATO starts goign on the offensive russia doesnt stand a chance.
Official sources are not engaged in denying any news. She is publishing her own news. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said that the first combat Su-57 will arrive in the Lipetsk Air Center in the near future. So let's see if they fulfill the promise or not Also, as for production, 12 Su-57 have already been produced. The public and the spotter are already known by their numbers. Like the Su-57 So I did not understand, Russia should resist your carrier grouping or not. You must decide on your argument. To attack American targets in Syria, it is enough for Russia to lift airplanes from its territory. Do you plan to destroy them directly in Russia? You are already entangled in your own plans. I remind you that you suggested attacking Russian targets in Syria. That is, the first blow is inflicted on the USA by Russia. The NATO Charter guarantees only support in defense, not in attack.
That was old news, so you simpy are going to pretend russia didnt cancel the mass production? LOL I never said anything about the black sea, you started that. There is no american base in syria, you dont have a clue about any of this do you? You talked about confrontation. But OK US attack russia: it has enough planes/cruise missiles to level russian bases in syria. Whatever russia has or gets in the air gets taken out in the next few hours. Russia itself is too far away to stop or help in any of this and russia has no ally that would help in such a case. Again there is and never was any confrontation.
In 1941 Russia was attacked by 3.5 million soldiers of the mightiest military power on earth, fresh from an easy victory over its two main European rivals and now supported by the industry of its conquered countries. Stalin had just decapitated the Red Army. Russia's industrial base was narrow, much of its population alienated from the regime, and Stalin ignored warning after warning from his many sources abroad that the Nazis were planning to attack so he was caught by surprise. The smart money was on a quick Soviet defeat. Please try to learn something from history.
It is now old fake news based on a bad interpretation, full scale production has been delayed not cancelled.
Syria[edit] From wikipedia: Main article: American-led intervention in the Syrian Civil War There are approximately 1,500+ U.S. Special Operations Forces in Syria, spread across 12 different facilities, being used as training bases for Kurdish rebels.[7][8] Al-Tanf Ash Shaddadi Ayn al-Arab Ayn Dadad Ayn Issah Harab Isk (airbase)[9][10] Rmeilan (airbase) Sabt Sarrin[11] Tal Baydar[12] Tal Tamir Ushariya https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_military_bases
Yeah thats right they got beat the **** out of them. Russian media reported 200+ russian "contractors" died for zero US casulties .
200?....possibly more(3-500), according to some chatter on russian blogs. No one will know for sure(other than Putinka). Zero casualties for US. Note to anyone contemplating an attack on fortified US military base.....bring friends, lotsa them. You'll need them.
The US (and Britain) supplied a substantial amount of war material to the Soviet Union, about $11 billion worth at wartime prices. I don't know how anyone would even try to work out how vital this was in Soviet victory over the Germans, but it's unquestionable that the 'loan' of 25 000 000 Russian lives, fighting never less than 75% and sometimes 90% of the Wehrmacht, was critical to our mutual victory over the Nazis. $11 billion divided by 25 million works out to a bit more than $400 a life. I don't think we can say they got it cheaply. But here's the critical point: Stalin was a very bad man. Not only did he oppress his own people, but he ran active spy rings in the US, and had tens of thousands of useful idiots in and around the CPUSA (totally under Soviet domination) deeply involved in American politics: at their height they controlled 11 national unions, 1/3 of the CIO and had great influence in Hollywood. (Some things never change.). Russia today is a libertarian paradise compared to Russia under Stalin, and its influence in the US is a tiny fraction of what it was then. However, it was in our own interests to co operate with Stalin and even supply him with many billions of dollars worth of military equipment. We benefitted, they benefitted. Where we can find areas of mutual interest, that's the attitude we should take toward Russia now.
After the war...Patton/Churchill had a point, the russkis should've been halted/pushed back somewhere east of the Vistula, and most of Europe would've been spared the Asiatic horde.
Credit to Austin at Key publishing forums, modern military aviation. https://www.ainonline.com/aviation-...aces-initial-production-order-stealth-fighter The Russians feel comfortable enough to wait on the new type 30 engines to be fully ready so expect 6 years roughly.
