Brennan considers legal action to stop clearance revocations

Holy moly. Your clearance never gave you access to those things!! Hello? Your clearance was the government affirming that you are fit to receive classified at the level of your clearance. It was your employer that actually gave you access. Geez, do you really work at a nuc facility and you don't know this?
When you leave your place of work of course you don't have access to classified. LMAO! Neither did Brennan when he left. Now you might say, then what's the issue (well you'd only say that if you weren't paying attention). The problem is that revoking his clearance limits his ability to find future work in the government as well as act as a consultant. All because he dared criticize the mf idiot in chief.
There's a very good reason that so many are admonishing trump over this.

 

Brennan will prolly not sue. Of course he is dumb enough to do it but Clapper is now turning on him. The rats are turning on each other.

My last sentence I said you still have to have need to know. You security clearance is still good and valid but with out the need to know it will not do you any good. If you leave a place that requires a security clearance and leave your clearance will just be in limbo. Then when you get hired by a different company that requires it again, it will simply be verified that you have one and it will be reinstated. So I was never wrong.

 

Ex high officials in FBI and Intel services have been able to keep their clearances for over half a century but Trump, with his high ethical standards and his acute understanding of our legal and Intel services has decided to change all that.

 

K, how about this argument. It is 100% within the purvue of presidential powers to revoke security clearances for any reason the CiC sees fit. Full stop.

 

If Trump uses the now apparently mentally challenged Rudy Guiliani to defend a lawsuit filed by Brennan and whatever lawyers that will jump at the chance to represent him it will be a real hum dinger. If Brennan decides to sue Trump he will probably be represented pro bono by a large well heeled law firm who will be able to set up a huge fund to support thenm in their noble effort to hold this loudmouthed tyrant responsible for his actions. Guiliani on the other hand is a has been overbloated senile clown who looks like he drinks a quart of gin and snorts a quarter ounce of coke a day. If Brennan decides to sue Trump it will be one of the worst days in Trump's life.

Brennan is free to sue President Trump for exercising his right to revoke security clearances as he sees fit and a "large well heeled" law firm is free to underwrite Brennan's foolish threat losing hundreds of thousands on an issue which is already well settled just on the face of things.

I wonder though if Brennan is ready to open himself up to the extreme level of personal and document discovery his law suit would trigger? I doubt it and the dog that is safely contained behind his fence usually barks the loudest.

There's nothing stopping the lying crackpot Brennan from his law suit but good sense and the foreknowledge that President Trump has every
right to pull the security clearance of Obama lackeys who plot and conspire to nullify the results of an uncontested presidential election.
