    I don't like Kavenaugh.
Dumb libbies are too busy freaking out to reject him for things that matter, like assaults on personal liberty and the fourth amendment.
Instead you fall for the dumbest **** on earth and run around spewing your misogyny and rapist bullshit. And you're too dim to see your party leadership doesnt care about your personal liberty either

Not at all. I am a strict constitutionallst. I have no political affiliations nor have I ever. Kavanaugh on the other hand has been a political lackey his whole life. Not the kind of guy that should be on the SCOTUS.

He shouldn't be for his assault on the 4th amendment and personal liberty.

    This Ford stuff is nonsense

    Didn't claim you started them.
But that still doesn't excuse your slimy "whore" posts or do you feel that following some other ignorant boor is cover enough for you?

Your guys' screeching hissy fits of the past two years coupled with this new episode of freekazoid mind vomit is not worthy of legitimate debate

You could say that about any of the so called conservatives on the court. They have always voted in favor of giving police agencies more latitude in search and seizure issues and also have been in full support of seizing assets of citizens without even charging them with a crime. How much more un American can it get. Like I said, Kavanaugh is a lifelong lackey for the phony conservative Republican Party.

I like the fact that you have a legit gripe about him but couldn't most judges who make it to the highest court be considered "political lackeys" by the opposition party? If you wouldn't mind what makes Kavanaughn stand out as a political lackey more than any other pick?

First of all, I don't screech. However I am not convinced that this broad is lying either. At any rate, I believe that the GOP is in a huge rush to get this obvious lackey on the court so I kind of like what she has done. If it is proven that she is part of a political conspiracy and is making this **** up, I wouldn't mind seeing her locked up for a couple years either...

The fact that he was active in the Starr deal in his late 20s trying to get Clinton thrown out, then involved in trying to stop the recount in Florida in 2000 which handed Bush the presidency, then his activism as a Bush White House lackey trying to justify torturing people as a tactic of war. He is an obvious lifelong GOP zealot and not the type of person who we want on this court.

How does Kavanaugh's friend drinking in highschool evidence that Kavanaugh is a rapist?

    1. To date Judge has denied he was at the party where Ford alleges Kavanaugh assaulted her so how is Judges drinking habits relevant?
    2. Lets just say they all did drink what does that prove without doubt? There are a lot of people who drink and manage not to rape anyone

The piece you quote just seems like a smear by association

Those are undisputedly things hes been apart of. Maybe you calling him a zealot is a matter of perspective ? In republicans eyes Ruth Ginsberg could be a zealot as well, she was appointed to the court of appeals by Carter then supreme by Clinton.

If he totally let his polictical affiliation effect his decicions wouldn't he have a record of overturned decisions?

What is suspect to me is the fact that the GOP controlled Senate will not call him as a witness and get him under oath to back his friend Kavanaugh. What's the big rush here?

Now that is hilarious. Salaciously smearing a woman whom you don't know out of pure partisan political malice is what you consider legitimate debate?

If RB Ginsburg had been a Watergate prosecutor or was involved with the prosecution of the Iran Contra deal, then it would be congruous. However that is not the case. Kavanaugh is a lifelong GOP political hatchet man. Not suitable for SCOTUS...

Well they made the ginsberg rule because of her work involving aclu and not mainstream opinions she held.

I think your beef about him being biased is legitimate. This allegation has much more question marks.First and foremost why did want so long to turn the letter over to the FBI?

Evidently Blasey-Ford was very reluctant to go public. Reportedly, someone outed her against her will last week. Now, she may as well go forward. Lunatic Trump fans have been threatening her and her family already. If her letter had been turned over months ago her hell would have been months long.
