As for political activism, Kav worked on partisan political campaigns - political activism was his chosen JOB! Plus, it's now come out that he lied under oath during his confirmation hearing for his current position. The lie concerned his statements surrounding his participation in a stolen information operation during a political campaign. He said he didn't participate. Now, it's crystal clear that he absolutely DID participate.

When new derogatory information is brought forward it is standard for the FBI to be asked to investigate it in the case of a SC nominee. But the right has been refusing it and digging in their heels. BK himself paused in a very telling and pregnant silence when Durbin asked him if he thought an FBI investigation was the best way to clear it up. He refused to respond to that question.

 

Your judgement is in question. There were repeated calls fo an FBI investigation of new information, and the repubs and BK resisted with all they had.
