There's no rational claim to deny, the whole faux outrage of you and yours, people who wouldn't have even -known- it was VD otherwise, is laughably unevidenced, pure TDS. Reading this thread is like the results of asking children about affairs of state. But glad to know you would have disagreed with the inevitable, hyperbolic MSM headlines had Trump attended.

I'm glad to hear the right finally admit that they couldn't care less for the Military. Maybe y'all can stop bitching about the NFL players kneeling since this kind of stuff doesn't matter to anyone.

Interesting hypothesis. So, in keeping with your post, do you feel all or most Trump supporters agree with Trump's efforts to break the bonds that tie us to our European allies while courting the leader of our political nemesis of decades--Russia? Do they agree that Trump should continue singing praises of Kim Jong-Un of N Korea, while threatening to weaken or sever our ties to democratic S Korea? Do they support Trump's threat for withdrawing the U.S. from NATO, which has helped maintain world peace for over 60 years? Do they agree with Trump that in today's world, money is more important than friendship--that our European friends & strongest supporters for decades, are expendable as friends because they've failed to pay an additional 1.5% of military costs? I wonder what value these Trumpsters place on friendship. Trump clearly sees friendship as a one-way relationship from them to him. Do his supporters agree? Do Trump supporters agree with Trump that putting America first means taking it all for America with no concern for what's left, if anything, for others? Does "America First" mean America Only? Do Trump supporters agree with Trump that we can be counted on as a friend only so long as the financial payments keep coming in? What kind of friendship is that? Would we want friends who treated us like that? Are we true friends treating others like that?

I agree that you need to get your information elsewhere than you do. Some of the above is based on outright lie narratives, some is just partisan screeching. Won't do a bit of good to differentiate, so won't bother.

My post came from things I've watched Trump do & say himself. If that's based on lie narratives, then I guess that supports the fact that Trump really is a liar.

It would also appear that his promised great care promised to our veterans is a total failure if yesterdays article on veterans affairs was correct everything has gone to hell in a handbasket.

There are records on weather you know, even in France. Winds were light. Insignificant to even a small helicopter. That beast would not have noticed that weather, at all.

The fake news is Trumps. Visibility was out to six miles, it is in the flight/pilot weather services and the many weather reporting stations around Paris and eastward thru several stations around Aisne-Marne American cemetery and memorial in Belleau, and Reims the next major city beyond.

Yeah, Marine Helicopter Squadron One can decide not to fly on their own. Also, the White House Military Office can make that call, as can the Secret Service. Problem is, sometimes they must all bend to the will of the President. If the Cheeto Faced Shitgibbon doesn't want to step off the helo in the rain, that is made known and a convenient weather problem is declared.

So, Trump watches news constantly, especially those that are not on his side. So he knows he's getting a **** storm of bad press. Next day, he puts up with the rain but he is not happy about it.

Tell that to the Marines who are in charge of the chopper.

Are you saying our Marines are weak and afraid to fly in rain?

    Absolutely.

I didn't care that the Kenyan liked to snort cocaine of the bodies of dead hookers in Chicago's gay bathhouses.

I cared what his policies were that affected me.

First it was rain, then it was low cloud, then you stated it was high winds, now you're going back to rain! Try and keep to the same story if you can. Did you change your story because of Trump's tweet LOL. You seem very close to his butt!

That was the insinuation made so I asked the question.

I did not ask if they were close to their butt.

    See the difference?

Can you name any other President who has traveled to France to pay tribute on "Armistice Day" aka "Veterans Day ?"

You do know that it was the 100th anniversary, which made it pretty significative.

The U.S. Army doesn't like being reminded about Belleau Wood.
    Neither do the Germans.

It was only one battle and not the worst by a wide margin. You came in, as you did in WW2, once the Germans were pretty much a spent force. In Europe your industrial might was way more valuable than your military.
