Isn't it illegal for children to work in a bar where liquor is served? If so then the bar owner just confessed that he is guilty of breaking the law and as a consequence he should lose his liquor and business licenses. He is probably paying off the cops and DA.

but not once did any of those patrons at those bars and night clubs ever treated her like a stripper throwing dollar bills at her
