The law as written says "licensed professionals." As reported by the media a licensed professional can be a midwife. Do you claim this is not the case?

In New York State you are not allowed to kill a murderer by lethal injection but you are allowed to kill an innocent, unborn child by lethal injection.

 

This is a specious argument, since a child who is full term can be safely delivered with as little danger to the mother as delivering an aborted baby.

Given that ALL pregnancies carry the possibility of complications that can lead to the mother’s death, I have to say it’s up to the mother.
