So, Obama is judged @ 8 yrs and Trump @ 2 years. Sounds a tad unfair. Not to mention the whole country fawned over the first black president (Joe Biden's term, not mine)... while a large portion of the lunatic fringe HATE Donald Trump.

I figure that's why there are so few discussions about serious issues on this forum anymore. It's all about hatin on Trump.

Seventy-one percent of Americans now believe that the economy is in good shape, according to the poll. Only 27 percent rated the economic conditions as poor. CNN reports that the number is the highest positive number since February 2001 and the best of Trump’s presidency.

It's not unfair, Obama had 8 years (with a LARGE hate "fringe") and only (thankfully) 2 for Trump. Trump has his own state TV (seems a tad unfair). Now, before you whine about the "MSM" remember that Fox has the largest number and they also set policy........the other networks never have.

That's not true. Yes, the economy is doing just fine..........for now and Trump has no problem taking credit for it but the fact still is that he has really had little to nothing to do with it and, in fact, has actually hurt it (tariffs).

Jennifer Rubin, a conservative columnist writing for the Wa Po, wrote that. She is spot on. There will always be Trumpers thanks to the propaganda and routine distortions of the truth by right wing media. Our only hope is their numbers and fanaticism dwindles once Don leaves the WH and heads off to prison.

A personality like Trump's feeds on chaos. They derive a sense of power from having everyone around then insucure and mistrustful, unsure of where anyone stands. Trump's behavior in the last two years provides multiple examples of that. Trump is not happy unless everyone around him is unhappy.

The Trump personality also craves attention and adulation. Trump has spent his entire life creating a phoney, tinsel covered fake billionaire myth.

At the same time, a personality like Trump's won't take any responsibility (unless they decide to, and as often as not, take credit for the work of others).

He is a narcisstic sociopath. He has been one all his life.

And being raised in a sheltered and highly protective environment, where he was always shielded from responsibiltiy or consequences , is what made him the petulant little five year old he is today.

 

The cure for Trumpism for most people is right in their hands every night.

I think that is a problem when you think of how completely the New Democratic Party has abandoned Blacks in order to pander to illegal aliens and their legal relatives and friends.
