What you're posting is one of three extension paragraphs of the order letter, again no one is denying that the campaign was a part of the investigation, but the base paragraph of the order letter reads that justice department is creating the order to "ensure a full and thorough investigation of the Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election"

Which is exactly what the investigation did, we learned more about the methods Russia used, not just involving their hackings, but also how they used social media, how they took part in identity theft, and how they worked with private sector companies in their efforts to influence the election. The end result (aside from the information we acquired) was 37 people criminally charged, and 3 companies.

Literally nowhere in the order letter was the word collusion used, furthermore, of the 37 people criminally charged, 32 of them had no association with the campaign, and of the 3 companies charged, none of them had an association with the campaign

Just because no one was criminally charged in that field does not mean they did not look into it. Considering the source of the dossier contacted the FBI directly, they most definitely did look into it

Furthermore, how would that dossier be a part of Russia's campaign to influence the election, when 1. It was conducted by a British investigator working for an American company, and 2. None of its content was released to the public until after the election?

Yes ... I'm sure you think so. Russia could of course control the flow of information being fed to Christopher Steele. Russia could not control the speed at which Steele's dossier became public. Personally I think Russia was far removed from the dossier. But there aren't any DOCUMENTED FACTS that establish Steele wasn't being fed Russian disinformation. But nice virtue signalling!

I have a robin that is throwing itself against my window, as if it were desperate to get in. I am unable to chase it away. This is not an accidental collision - it is a deliberately repeated act every ten to fifteen seconds. It goes on for hours. The poor bird bangs on the front, then flies around to the back - it has banged against every window in my house. I'm feeling sorry for the creature - it should be finding a mate and building a nest and instead it's wasting its time flying into my windows. Every time it collides, I think it gets more brain damage, because it is a crazy bird. Judging by its behavior, I believe it is a Progressive from California.
