BUT, they're still packs. doesn't matter whether it's 10 people or 10 million people .. if all are unified culturally and ethically, reasonable harmony will exist. 'social problems' occur when large numbers are at cross purposes. how could problems NOT happen, when people work in opposition to their neighbours.
