You’re being set up my friend, and you’re too Democrat to know it. Watch everyone talk about what is not in Trump’s “financial records” 90% of a time and about 23 Democrat hopefuls 10% of a time.

    Russkies? Obstruction of justice? :D

Ah so he sued to hide his financials in order to release them and distract from the democrats?
Yet he’s going to appeal the ruling...
He could **** on his desk and you’d be here telling us he’s owning the libs and playing 3D chess lol

Who says a federal judge is the final word. The office of the President is above any federal judge. It is Trump's decision to respect the decision or not. Personally I would thumb my nose at them.

The saga continues and the Dems are firmly focused on Trump. By design.

Absolutely, we’ve lived by this constitution long enough! Time to flush it so a game show host can hide his finances!

How can Trump “really” own the Libs when he already own the Libs? Is there a “special” way to really own the Libs? :confusion:

Judging by your posts the worse it is for him the more we get owned. Maybe he can own us by just resigning. I bet the media would really talk about that!

Worse? Is Trump at 99.99% chances to lose reelection yet?

Sorry my friend but it’s time for me to rise and start a 24 hour long journey home... talk to you from 37,000 feet

Well that is a novel approach to Constitutional interpretation. Most of us who have studied it believe that the federal judiciary is co-equal with the legislative and executive branches.

Anyway, it is not in any way within Trump's control whether to "respect" this court order or not. The subpoena was issued to Mazars. They are the ones who will have to decide whether or not to comply with the court order. I'd be willing to bet that (subject to appeals) they comply.

Whatever the situation, he's always good for a nutso comment about anything that affects him

"This never happened to any other president,"

Uh, because we've never had a stone cold obstructionist lunatic in the office??... I know it wasn't officially a question from Dumbo, yet it's still so easily answered....

Unfortunately, to your point, this is only step 1 of a justice system that doesn't move quick at all....

What? You expect Trump to have read the ruling??.. The only way they could communicate this to him is to have Giuliani come into the Oval office with a thumbs down.

When are we going to get that border wall up against Indian immigrants already?? Anybody checked this judges Green Card status??

Once consequences start rolling over those who have ignored or been told to ignore subpoenas, I think we'll start to see all kinds of cooperation.

They are pushing us into the imperial presidency.
Can ignore subpoenas. Can fire anyone in the DOJ who investigates him, and can’t be investigated by congress

Let's hope that the rest of the system expedites the case, as the trial judge did. Actually the pressure is now on Trump, to get a court order to suspend this ruling pending an appeal. Filing an appeal does not automatically suspend this ruling.

I don't believe that Don McGann will have his career ruined for Trump. And all those administration staff - I don't see them facing the consequences of contempt just to appease their boss.

But how will McGahn have his career ruined? Specifically? Fines? Imprisonment? What's the worst that can happen to him? Contempt of Congress?? Doesn't seem to have the stigma it used to have....
