if the 'kid' crossed the border with 'it's' illegal parent, then yes, deport him/her... birth right's do not include 'successful illegal entry' into the usa
As a teacher you have moral responsibilities. What is indefensible is for you to be paid by any school district and knowingly not report known illegals to proper authorities. You are literally robbing the US citizens you teach by aiding illegals. The Citizen's children are being deprived of a proper education so that you can harbor illegals. Changing the subject: Suppose you discovered that a citizen, a child you teach was being abused by their parents. What do you do? You report the incident to proper authorities. What happens? Child and Family services separate the child from the parents and the parents are arrested. No problem you did the right thing. Now, what do you do if the same occurs but you know the child and their parents are illegals? You know that child will also be separated from their parents. Do you do what you want or what the law of the state you are certified to teach in prescribes? You as a teacher are supposed to know right from wrong. What are you going to do?
I'm talking about a kid who's born here and has parents here illegally. You can't deport the kid, they're a U.S citizen.
The answer is exactly the same as if the parents were legal citizens but for legal reasons, the state deems it necessary for the kid to be involuntarily separated from their parents. Both kids in your scenario case are citizens if both were born on US soil. Both kids would become wards of the state and eventually taken into foster care, or in the case of the kid with illegal parents who were deported, arrangements could be make to return the kid to his parents in their country. Passport stays behind.
No one has the legal right to evade a deportation order. No one has the legal right to harbor a fugitive.
Fortunately we have a foster care system. Deporting the parents isn't a problem at all. Once the parents get back to their native country they can ask their child be returned ... or not.
