    So it was AOK to bring charges against Nixon and Reagan and Clinton but somehow Dirty Donald is exempt from the laws of our land????

    Nope not until after Starr took his report to the House laying out 8 criminal charges they would pursue when he was out of office. What's happening to Trump is an impeachment without cause. A Democrat party and Congress after 3 years still desperately searching for something, anything. A persecution.

    The only one who ever had criminal charges waiting was Clinton. Trump has not been charged with a crime and no charge is pending.

    They conduct impeachments after the House has voted to start one after allegations of criminal behavior or other misdemeanors. The House does not conduct "investigations" into the President trying to find a crime. There was the proper SC investigation and no charges were brought. Nadler is off on his own on starting an impeachment I would think it should take more than just one Congressman to do so don't you?

    Impeachment is for high crimes and misdemeanours. Those are crimes. So they can investigate for those.

    Don't see what what way. That when Starr and his OIC finished their investigation they too 8 charges if criminal acts to the Congress? That when Mueller and his OSC finished theirs they presented no charges of criminal acts against anyone to the AG and the DAG and OLC? What's the legitamacy and importance?
