Christianity in Iran. Christians of Iran have played a significant part in the history of Christian mission. Today, there are at least 600 churches and 300,000–370,000 Christians in Iran. Feb 27 2019

Wikipedia is for lazy leftists. It's not a secure site and can be edited by anyone to say whatever you want. Strictly for amateurs.

Cool. I hope the current regime gets hung in the public square. Too bad we didn't have a President that backed the people when they rose up a few years ago.

"What if I told you the mosques are empty inside Iran?" he continues. "What if I told you no one follows Islam inside of Iran? Would you believe me? This is exactly what is happening inside of Iran. God is moving powerfully inside of Iran.”

Not exactly a lot to go on. Nor is it very clear what that means in practice.

It's encouraging. I would hope that all peace loving people would cheer on for the possibility that the current regime is heading for destruction.

    Islam = Iranian regime?

Iranian regime has "been dying" who knows for how long! It's not dead yet though.

So? When the evil war monger terrorists are killed, there will be peace in the ME. Self defense can be violent, but the result is peace.

LOL should we talk about the death penalty in god fearing Christian nations?

Or the number of people facing the death penalty that was later found to be innocent?

Trump did desire to put to death 6 young men for assault and rape who later was found to be innocent and he still is not willing to admitted he was wrong DNA or no DNA.

Hell he just stated that he wish to be able to put to death whistle blowers.

Yes. Jesus laid down his life voluntarily. Do you know why?

Because we are all sinners and God requires a sinless sacrifice with blood for atonement. Do you know the meaning of atonement?

I think the situation is a little more nuanced than that. Saddam was no angel, but his removal left a power-vacuum that gave room for ISIS, and that's not my understanding of peace-loving. Self-defence on a global scale leads to spirals of violence more often than it leads to peace. To me, finding someone you disagree with and wanting them destroyed (in any sense of the word) smells more of the kind of polarisation that invites animosity.

But I could be wrong. I'm not making the point that their destruction couldn't be beneficial. I'm merely saying that it would be premature for "all peace loving people" to cheer, and that the exact nature of how this destruction happens is not just a piece of trivia.

Since Iran is the number one sponsor of terrorism in the region, I think the destruction of the religious gangsters in charge wouldn't hurt.

Its a pagan thing that goes back to Azazel... from the Canaanite god Aziz.

Wrong. The pagans are imitating the One True Living God. The devil always has a counterfeit.

Counterfeit: Made in exact imitation of something valuable or important with the intention to deceive or defraud.

Actually , the Canaanite culture is older than Judaism. The Israelites were just a Canaanite tribe with no land.

But not older than God. Scripture says God's plan for salvation was before the foundation of the world. The devil always has a counterfeit.

You're talking about Revelation 13:8? Right? Actually, it says that in a couple of places.. and its very poetic.

The Hebrews borrowed from Egypt, Sumer, Babylon and the Ugarit to create an identity and history for themselves. Naturally its very grand..

    Are you a Dispensationalist?

How so? Wasn't Saddam in a similar position?
