"There is some"? What? There always must be some evidence of wrongdoing before any investigation begins Some evidence of a crime before a trial is held. We should all understand that, right? Where is there any evidence of what you claimed?

You clearly said there was obstruction of justice. Is this true or isn't it?

You said there was an abuse of power. Is this true or isn't it?

What are you trying to 'get to the bottom of'? Do you know?

What 'contempt of congress' are you referring to?

And what corruption are you referring to? That of Hunter Biden? Joe Biden? Adam Schiff? Please be clear.

There's a Grand Jury going on in Congress? Do you have a link to this?

Agreed. Its a party of old bitterness and resentment.

They even threw rocks at the "one Billionaire" on stage, while many (maybe most?) of the rest were multi millionaires.

10 years ago, they praised Biden for being "poor" by DC standards.

Turns out he was enriching his son.

No, i don't know what you mean. If you mean there are secret meetings being held in shady places all over the world then I can certainly agree. Or perhaps you don't know what a Star Chamber is. Either way there's not much to comment on.

There is no current impeachment hearing, Peabody. There is a formal House Committee enquiry afoot. I am sure you know that.

They shouldn't be open. They have no special council report with their investigatory interviews already conducted in secret and published into a report for basic factfinding and witness testimony as the foundation for their probe. With both Nixon and Clinton and even Mueller's investigation of Russia-gate, the House had someone else collect these statements behind closed doors. You do not want witnesses to tailor their answers to be consistent with the testimony of others. The process can open up after we have the statements of the witnesses pinned down.

Would it be wise for police to post every interview with every witness they contact for information, about a crime or suspect on the internet in real time?

Everyone knows that. Not the point. It is the intent of the Founding Fathers when the wrote the Constitution. They intended for the Represantives, all of them to vote on impeachment. Says nothing about a one Committee, biased Chairman running the entire show. I hope the White House doesn't comply with the Committee requests for privileged information. I want the Supreme Court to weigh in on this.

By the way, Republicans need to start their own investigation into the leekers that gave the first Whistleblower information. They should be prosecuted.

I hope to God the Democrats lose this election and that Republicans win back the House and we keep the majority in the Senate; so that Trump can finish what he has started on trade pass Immigration laws that make sense and pass infrastructure legislation and pass Regulations that limit premiums for Health Insurance, require full disclosure regarding what is covered, Providers who are in network, require coverage of services in the Emergency room regardless whether the physician is in network. Limit the annual increases, cover pre-existing conditions at the same premium as those without pre-existing conditions. Disallow refusal to pay previously approved surgery or inpatient hospital stays. Cover secondary disease and conditions that contribute to the primary heath issue. For instance, cover psych treatment for anxiety that contributes to psoriasis, heart disease and other illness. Cover treatment for drug addiction. Allow Groups of individuals to purchase group coverage. By doing so the cost to the ins co will be less and
the premium should be less based on new Regulations passed by Congress that regulate what insurance companies can charge.

    That's fair.

Haha, impeachment isn't going anywhere. Just as everyone already knew. And not the US is so fed up with democrat lies, that they have pretty much paved the way to Trump's reelection. Especially when Warren of all people is the front runner for the dems. Pocahontas? Really? She is the left's best chance? haha, good luck!!! you'll need it!

The Democrats know they want to impeach they have known they want to impeach since the day he was elected. At the least form a joint committee of impeachment and hold open hearings on the charges and a House vote to hold a full impeachment. And it will speed up the process over the subponeas and witnesses. This is ONLY to weaponize it for the election.

This is simply more proof that the Democrats are failing at every single thing they attempt to accomplish! Their incompetence is beyond compare!!

    Um, no.

What's open is the Dem's impeachment pre-inquiry inquiry prior to an inquiry into a pre-impeachment inquiry into impeachment proceedings.

The HOUSE hasn't decided if to proceed let alone how to proceed. They have the transcript of the phone if the Democrats want to impeach him for it then vote to start an impeachment and follow precedent and give the opposition the right to call witnesses and the President to have his legal counsel present.
This is about the campaign not removing him. They want to weaponize impeachment to use to win the election. Is THAT how our government should act?

The House is not a grand jury nor acts like one in an impeachment that has been a false analogy for decades. The House is the adjudicating stage the Senate is the sentencing hearing if you really want to go there.

What abuse of power? The Office of Legal Counsel reviewed the transcript and nothing illegal in it not even an FEC violation. He was doing his job as President. Biden said last night he was doing his jib rooting out corruption in Ukraine. Well that is exactly what Trump was doing.

At some point the HoR has to take a vote on impeachment. Promulgating all of these offenses without follow thru will come across as political posturing. Either do the job of oversight or end up being called out for grandstanding...
