    It is as you put it irrelevant if Schiff or you think his testimony would be irrelevant he would be called as a fact witness. Again no one is above the law.

    The House and the Senate are different bodies. The former relies exclusively on the notion that majority controls. The later relies almost exclusively on the notion that some degree of bipartisanship is required.

    The Democrats want division, perhaps they want to fully fracture the U.S.A. so they can bring in Global rule.

    The clearly don't have crap, but they press forward like their once great hero Michael Avenatti. I think he is in prison now.... or will be soon enough.

    Could I get you to opine on the legal privilege that Trump is seeking: Absolute Immunity.

    If you agree that Trump can claim Absolute Immunity in regards to Congressional and Criminal investigations (note: He is asserting that claim in both), then what prevents a future President from ordering a top administration official to commit an undeniable felony and then to subsequently declare that official can not testify during the subsequent investigation?

    What is Schiff charged with and by whom? He is not on Trial, Trump potentially is. As has already been pointed out, Schiff has no first-hand knowledge of whatever Trump was up to in Ukraine. You might as well fly me over there and ask me questions about it. My answers will be 100% hearsay and irrelevant, just like Schiif's would be.
