Yes and perjured himself in front of a Federal Grand Jury under sworn oath (felony) and encouraged a potential witness to do the same if called (felony)

    In the GAO's opinion..........

There is no cut and dried violation of law here, unlike Nixon and Clinton.

What foreign countries dignitaries disrespected Trump by failing to shake his outstretched hand?

I was responding to another poster who brought up Clinton.

The GAO is the government accountability office, it has weight more than just opinion :)

Why would you say he was happy? It seem he was very unhappy Trump didn't consider his every word as Gospel.

    Sondland's testimony was very damning.

Even if the Trump administration violated the Impoundment Act, it's civil....NOT CRIMINAL....and most assuredly not grounds for impeachment. It's a Civil action........:roflol:

The left says this is the worst violation by a President. Try perjury under oath in front of a Federal Grand Jury, then encouraging a potential witness to do the same.....both Criminal Felonies. This only serves to highlight how off the rails the Democrat party has gone. Even then in order to invoke the civil law suit they would have had to make the funds totally unavailable, they released the money.

Nobody is saying it is the worst violation. Clinton was 20 yrs, the world has moved on, those that still dwell on it should too.

The Congress, Mister mdrobster, decides what is impeachable, not you.

The Politico seems to have. It doesn't matter how long ago Clinton's impeachment was, it was the last one before Trump and therefore relevant.

Sure, both violated criminal laws, Trump's people violated a civil law remedied by a law suit not impeachment. It's not even a misdemeanor.

    We'll let the posters decide...........

What do you believe is worse, committing 2 felonies (Clinton) or a civil infraction which is debatable (Trump). Are you sure you want to continue debating this?

Trump has done far worse than a civil fraction.

Clinton got oral sex and lied about it.

They must either be idiots or partisan hacks to think a civil infraction somehow comes close to perjury and witness tampering.
