Thank you President Trump! With this level of satisfaction with the economy, he will be very tough to beat in November. We still haven't seen the impact of Pelosi, Schiff for Brains and Nadler's defeat of their pathetic attempt to remove Trump before Ginsberg retires. The stock markets are hitting record highs returning an average of 6% to 8% return on the average 401(k). Record low unemployment for all and Hispanics and African Americans serious record lows. When the Schlubs running for President on the Democrat side say the Trump economy only helps the rich, they'll open their 401(k) statements and know they're being lied to. Get this: New High of 90% of Americans Satisfied With Personal Life. They know who to thank for it

Wait ... this doesn’t match the msm description of Americans as depressed, anxious, and filled with hate/rage in the “Age of Trump”.

Truth rarely matches what the msm has to say these days. As for the 23% of Americans that describe themselves as leftists being unhappy? Who cares ...

    Illinois legalized weed.
I don’t know about the rest of the country, but I am happy so far. :weed: Trump had nothing to do with it, though.

When will republicans get back to “small government” ideology and legalize all victimless crime? This is something that should be regulated on town/county, not federal or state level.

Until someone stoned demolishes your car and possibly kills a family member.

The legal limit for blood alcohol is .08% and .04% for commercial driver's licenses. As more and more states legalize marijuana, we need a national standard . Washington state came up with In states like Washington, if a driver is found to have over 5 nanograms of THC per milliliter in their blood, they automatically get a DUI-cannabis. Then apply the same laws for Drunk Driving to Marijuana use. If a driver is found to have over 5 nanograms of THC per milliliter in their blood, they automatically get a DUI-cannabis. Right now it's a free for all.

Just an added note: In California, all the laws regarding alcohol open containers, driving after use and use in public applies to weed. So anyone that thinks just because weed is legal they can walk down the street toking up, will likely end up very surprised and in jail.

If 90% of Americans are satisfied with their personal lives, then that just goes to show how foolish it is of the mainstream media and the Democrats to be actively pandering to the 10% fringe of bitter partisans, sore losers, and generally angry malcontents. It also goes to show how the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" because that unhappy fringe 10% seems to be dominating the mainstream news and the DNC. You'd never guess, from watching the mainstream news or listening to a Dem politician speak, that 90% of us are actually happy.

Luckily we have Trump working for the 90% of us and not getting dragged down by the 10% :)

It's also interest to note that the two years where people were the happiest, were 2003 and now. Hmm, what is the common political denominator..... (hint: Republican presidents) And look at the way the satisfaction rankings plummeted during Obama's presidency.....

I don't predict this is a thread which will see a lot of leftie participation :p

Sort of a weird yes no poll. I would hope it would be above 80% trending. Not sure how well phone polling represents a majority of the population, I personally hang up on them, not surprised that over 50% of respondents are 55+. Its worth something, but looks a little more realistic when given more than a yes/no response according to the attached PDF.

Also, needs a link in OP.

And another great jobs report! LFPR ticks up, 225,000 jobs and solid wage growth. But the Democrats want to turn us socialist.

How many of these "hail Trump" threads do we need repeating the same news?

In any case, the previous high under Obama seemed to be 86-87%. And here I thought socialist Obama was destroying America -- at least according to Trump fans.

At the rate things are going, you might be in for five more years of good news and positive threads :)

Obama's best numbers were lower than Trump's worst numbers....

That sort of "narrative" reminds me of this movie:

That IN SPITE OF Trump's American Trainwreck, the the Indomitable American Spirit can find a Silver Lining.

Much like the Protagonists in that Movie.:salute:

If Americans are satisfied, how come there are so many commercials selling pharm products to treat depression/anxiety?

For a lot of his presidency it was below 80%. You could probably attribute the uptick in his second term to the Republicans gaining control of both houses of Congress and him being a lame duck.

....and the general relief that soon enough, he'd be GONE. We'd made it and we could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Obama's best numbers were lower than Trump's worst numbers....

They aren't selling, so they have to advertise to boost sales?
