    The problem isn't his idiot anti-gun positions(we already knew that) it's his general loss of control and irritability, which is common in dementia patients.

    This is the analogy that most closely represents what I think Joe Biden is actually all about. He's not the guy that wants to drink a beer with you. No, he's the guy who wants his servants to get him a beer while he sits on the veranda of his plantation and watches while you get strung up and lashed for not getting your chores done to his satisfaction.

    I think Joe's one big regret in life is that he couldn't have been born to a wealthy plantation in the south in the 1840s...

    The Revolutionary War was won by civilian owners of weapons of war. That was the intent of the 2A, to check tyrannical government.

    That is a commonly used firearm, with 20,000,000 out there. Funny the LW thinks we could never round up 11M illegals but we can forcibly confiscate 20M 'assault weapons' from law abiding citizens. The result would be a bigger bloodbath from both citizens and cops than the next 50 mass shootings. Semi auto rifles have been around for a century.

    Sorry, mine aren't for sale. 'Buy back' is a dishonest term, the government never owned the guns to begin with. Even in liberal CT very few complied with that ban.

    It is none of your business how many guns a law-abiding citizen owns.

    Where has that reduced crime?

    It is already illegal for mentally ill people to own a gun.

    I agree, the problem is we don't enforce our existing gun laws. The Obama Administration only prosecuted a handful of people who illegally tried to buy a gun.

    Forget it, the government has no business with a database showing who owns what.

    They don't exist, and what about the millions of current inventory?

    A gun needs to be accessible for self defense.

    I think that's already done, it's the only way for it to be recovered.

    You prefer victims of school shootings to be defenseless? Many have been stopped by armed civilians.

    Great, why don't we draw up a similar list of restrictions on journalists who misuse their rights? We can start with CNN.

    He isn't pro 2nd Amendment. They tried to say Hillary was too and that was just as false. The message comes across as they aren't against the 2nd Amendment. They just want to ban the guns that are legal to own.
