Anarchist have grabbed 16 city blocks, fenced it off and declared it their autonomous territory. As I have said twice now, tell them in 12 hours police and the National Guard will be shutting this down and removing to fences and walls and them and arresting anyone who resist or were manning those gates and preventing the free access by the residents and other law abiding citizens. Tell them that if they refuse to let the law abiding citizens leave federal kidnapping charges will be applied, one for every citizen being kept in by the actions. Set up a temporary shelter for the local residents to gather at while action is taken.
