Trump attacking another black man, go figure, it's the drivers fault there was a noose in his stall I guess, and he should apologize for it per Trump?

A noose has the distinction of being able to put someone's head in it. That knot is not big enough or wide enough for a head. Even if you tried to force someone's head in it, that knot(which is already loose) would be even looser, probably undone altogether.
