Yes, someone even more immature than Donald Trump remains House Speaker, and she's still going to have to negotiate with a Republican Senate that will be much more active post-Trump.

If you can't negotiate with Trump(as a lightweight), it fathoms the mind to see her be capable of getting the votes across the Senate Which she will then blame on Republicans.

Every single time Nancy Pelosi has been Speaker of the House, the Democrats have lost seats.

We conservatives should be saying "thank you" as it basically ensures we'll take the house in two years.

 

She barely kept a majority and still may not, what don't you understand here, this is NOT the mid-terms. Her candidate for President WON, and yet she LOST seats. They gained nothing nationwide. And her record of legislation is pathetic. All she wants to do is fight and point fingers and act like an arse and get her facetime.

 

Losing seats while your candidate wins the WH is an accomplishment. It was supposed to be a HUGE gain for her and she lost seats, how is that an accomplishment.

Younger Democrats are controlling California. Death rates still high. As you know, the main factor in Covid death is underlying medical conditions. Obesity is the main factor in those underlying conditions. Like the US, Australia is one of the leaders in obesity. I am glad that you are satisfied with your government and understand why our way of life seems strange to you. Locking things down for a 2% risk of death is not acceptable here. It only sets a precedent for future abuses of power.
