"Evidence" equals "Random Guy on the Internet posts something" in Trump speak.

    Cool story, dude.

The FBI isn't interested in your tin-foil hat "proofs".

The story about Barr was about prosecutors, not the FBI.

The audits that Barr called for as a remedy will tell the tale

    @Daniel Light

I watched about 6hrs of testimony (because I enjoy pain), and I am starting to think that there is something going on. All speakers said the same things; that ballots were illegally duplicated up to 8x in some cases; that there was explicit partisan poll-watcher intimidation (which I can believe given what we've seen since May); that they witnessed blatant ballot curing (ie, poll-workers interpreting invalid ballots to make them valid by forging signatures or correcting birth-dates); that there was little organization or coordination; that unscheduled deliveries of ballots showed up at odd hours of the early morning.

Most interesting was testimony claiming that a random sample of 30,000 ballots in Detroit had an invalidity rate of 8%. I think that guy even had documents proving it. He said that some voters were dead, some born in 1900, or born in 2020. Some had churches listed as home addresses, and some had home addresses that did not even exist.

Are these people believable? I can't tell anymore, but I watched 50+ all testify to the same stuff and virtually all of them have made sworn affidavit alleging the same crimes. The only incongruence was a man who said that Republicans just had their feelings hurt. He was the only one I can recall.

Additionally interesting is that 71% of mail-ins and 28% of same-day votes in Michigan cannot be audited, for some reason. I think this isn't going away anytime soon. Most wanted the actual boxes of ballots to be secured and audited by hand. One said that he would not accept the result until they do that.

Thanks for that nice summary of 8 hours of testimony. You are a better man than I. :applause:

What is also revealing is the insistence by the left that there is no evidence which completely demeans the whistleblowers who have provided sworn affidavits and testimony under oath.

The ballot irregularities and that so many ballots cannot be audited IMO means that the election results should be mulled out and another (well supervised) election held.

This election is a dark stain on the history of the United States. The tainted election result may stand but the corruption will be well documented (as it has been in the Russia hoax) in the months to come.

I have also watched SOME of the testimony, but my take from it was that there probably was isolated incidents of improper behavior, partisan behavior, lack of training and other problems. More than likely, these problems exist in every election, and probably exist in all counties of the US, as there are human beings running the show and they are fallible. I have not seen any proof of widespread election fraud, where there is a coordinated effort to sway the election to the degree that it would have made a difference in the outcome. Also, all of the testimony I saw was anecdotal, and may or may not have been a problem. For example, when the contractor stated that she saw people running the same ballots in over and over, I doubt that the votes would have counted over and over as the ballots are coded and the system probably won't count it but once. Not to mention how jaded her testimony was. You had to pay attention carefully, but she definitely had a chip on her shoulder when she entered the room, and was being supported by Trump fans as she spoke.
Workers not knowing how to operate the machines? Not surprising. But I haven't seen yet any kind of a "smoking gun" pointing to widespread election fraud. Many of the stories of fraud are conjecture. If we are going to invalidate an election based on what I've seen so far, we'll never have a successful election again.
They do need to do a better job in the future though!

Wait till they can't produce ballots and claim that their initial counts just have to be accepted as the "will of the voters".

They should. I am all for audits, and I would trust any audit done, however, it's hard to imagine that we can't come up with a better way of holding elections.
I still think online voting should be implemented. It would possibly create more exposure for fraud in some ways, but after seeing what a cluster the latest one was, I think the trade off would be worth it, as people are claiming widespread fraud anyway. I'm not afraid of technology, and we already do many important things on the internet, including tax returns, banking, paying bills etc. Doesn't seem like it should be that hard to do.

Canada requires photo ID (along with every other developed country) and paper ballots.

You want "hard facts" eh? File this under Careful What You Wish For:

State by state, case by case, with links to the actual court documents.

The Trump campaign's attempts to find evidence of fraud are pathetic.

There was even a woman who brought documents proving her employment with Dominion, also showing how she only received an hour of training the day prior to Nov. 3rd, that her IT teammate was a 90-yo guy with no IT expertise, that the CEO of Dominion was on-site that day, and much more.

I was inclined to think she was an actress, but before she got into any of this, her time expired and she moved to get up and leave before being asked more questions. It would appear that she was about to leave all of that out if her testimony if not for the follow-up question. Could be choreographed but it didn't seem forced.

There were a couple folks who were clowns but I'm having a hard time ignoring the sum of testimony yesterday. Republican voters who are suspicious need not look beyond this MI hearing because it confirms all the hearsay thus far. We are at an impasse because Biden can't not win at this point. We'd have to deal with mass violence in many cities across the country. But Trump can't not win either because his voters are being told that the election was undoubtedly fraudulent. Idk how this ends without creating a severely fractured and cynical citizenry.

How can Michigan certify their vote when Wayne county can’t certify? 71% of precincts do not balance with no explanation.

    No it doesn't.

We register when we produce our incom tax and to vote all that is needed is a proof of adress, which can be a utility bill with your name and adress on it. In fact, senior citizen don't have government photo id unloess they still drive. The health service card in my province stop putting photo once you reach the age of 70.

My Google search indicates a photo ID or two pieces of ID one of which has to have a current address.
