December 14th (this year) is in the law..... January 6th is in the law..... I read it somewhere..

Oh, that's right... in the law...

    § 7 and § 15

    https://www.archives.gov/files/electoral-college/state-officials/presidential-election-brochure.pdf

You STILL working on those 4 states with less than 11K margin??

    Don't bother trying...

Lol. You need a bit more than the Butterfly Effect for the SCOTUS.

The voting wasn't conducted illegally, regardless of the Court's ruling. There is no retroactive effect nor mechanism that would invalidate votes. The remedy for finding the governor's order unconstitutional is to make it illegal in the future, not to invalidate anything done prior to being challenged.

Wow the AG’s of the four states blistered the Texas AG!

“However Texas tries to dress up as quibbles about the Wisconsin election in federal garb, it’s understanding of Wisconsin election law is just plain wrong,”the Wisconsin brief lead by three general Joshua cough said the three practices all complete with Wisconsin statute.

    My favorite.

“The Trump campaign begin with a series of meritless litigations. When that failed it turn to state legislators to overturn the clear election results,” Pennsylvania continued. “Upon that failure, Texas now turned to this court to overturn the election results in more than 10% of the country. Texas literally seeks to decimate the electorate of the United States”

    agreed.

Texas has no right to challenge how NY chooses their Electors.

its their business, and their business alone.

Here's the city of Detroit Amicus discussing everybody's new favorite bimbo and her After David...

    SNIP
The Carone Affidavit is particularly inaccurate and troubling. The allegations are fantastical

As Mr. Thomas notes, Ms. Carone was not an Election Inspector, nor was she a challenger

She has no known training in election law or procedures, and her affidavit and public statements have displayed a startling ignorance of how votes are counted.
    ENDSNIP

    Burn.....

Texas has no standing. Claiming "excessive whining" as damages isn't gonna fly with SCOTUS. I'm guessing the Justices are doubly pissed at Trump doubling down just two days later.

It's been explained to exhaustion in this thread alone. SCOTUS will be denying this clown show right quickly.

Could you imagine if New York sued Texas to get them to include Jefferson in the US history classes?

I expect a major smackdown tomorrow.

and then Monday the Electoral College votes.

GOP can then challenge Electors in January, but both houses of Congress must agree to the challenges.

    fat chance of that happening.

Name one candidate who, after success on the safe harbor date, was not inaugurated on Jan 20.

    I'll be waiting.

"Laches" is a salient argument why it would be thrown out.

Dems need to get 3 Republican Senators on board to nip that in the bud. Challenge the states that Trump won and threaten to throw them out. That will end it.

If the Supreme Court went along with the coup, then the constitution becomes a piece of trash and inaugurations and future elections become non-events

You're right, lacking any evidence that there was anything other than the usual isolated cases of fraud we can unequivocally say the votes for Biden are legal. There you go.

No it doesn't, as in Florida 2000 where the FSC thought it had a say and the SCOTUS slapped them down. How the states decide electors is completely up to state LEGISLATURES, they have plenary power in the matter. Do you even know what is the issue here, I tried to explain it.

Remember - they can't prove fraud, despite repeated claims that they had tons of proof of clear and obvious fraud. Thus their leader shifted the nar that Biden has to prove that there was no fraud. Classic manipulation by the most successful con artist in history

Yeah, but are you willing to sign an affidavit that we know all Biden votes are legal??

Apparently, the alt-right thinks signing an affidavit really makes a freaking difference in the alternative world they've created...

Humans comparing signatures is in itself subjective and subject to error.
    Signatures also evolve over time.
Those are the opinions of Paxton. Just because those are his opinions does not make it a fact.
