What's the point when the courts have already proved it? Seems redundant to hold a hearing to come to the same conclusion.

The courts have yet to hold a hearing on the evidence to test even the key witnesses with cross examination under oath.
And probably for the same reason the DP House has not done that - the truth would hurt - real bad.

There wasn't enough evidence to get to that phase in any of the 60+ suits that trump had his ass laughed out of court. There was no fraud. You can't show any. trump can't show any. his legal team can't show any. Every single investigative body that has looked into it, has also shown you there was no fraud.

Whenever there are even a few, let alone hundreds of sworn witness statements alleging massive election fraud that is ample cause for a full hearing. And the whole world knows it.

 

They know it. They know they have no evidence. They are always thinking of their next excuse for when their latest (knowingly weak) "argument" is torn apart. This is Gish gallop on steroids.

As an old, life-long Democrat I find the idea that we could somehow rig a general election highly amusing. I love my party, but let’s face facts. We have a difficult time organizing one car parades.

Trump lost, mainly because of his mishandling of COVID and his inability (possibly unwillingness) to expand his base. I’m looking forward to voting against him for a third time in 2024. It gives me a reason to keep on living.

Oh please! Everyone knows that elections in our urban centers have been rigged forever - certainly since 1876.

A serious fact hearing would discover the truth about this election in less than a day of testimony, and if Giuliani et al have assembled a collection of perjured sworn statements to challenge the election they should be indicted.

Hold hearings and let the chips fall. Should have been done early in November. Do it NOW.

 

there aren't hundreds of sworn witness statements. There are a few dozen affidavits, which are not evidence. They are written allegations. You should actually read some of the rulings, which go over all of this.

actually the whole world knows that a sizable minority of americans are batshit crazy morons, who can not accept the fact that their candidate lost. Every single investigative body from the DHS, DOJ, Attorney General, FBI, Republican secretaries of state, Republican governors, Republican appointed judges, Trump appointed judges, have all shown you that there is no evidence of fraud. Unless you want to claim all of the above are involved in a massive international conspiracy to install a democrat into the white house? Is that what you are alleging?

 

There have only been around 1,280 cases of voter fraud between 1993, and 2020, according to the right wing think tank heritage foundation. That is across all federal, state and local elections, with tens of millions of votes cast. There is statistically zero fraud that occurs in elections.
